Introduction

The strength and success of QDC is in the projects that have been completed which

have sparked the passion for achieving excellence. QDC’s expertise includes the

construction of large-scale developments, low and high-rise buildings, residential and

commercial developments. QDC also has extensive experience in the retail, hospitality

and leisure sectors, having constructed hotels and amusement parks benefiting

numerous tourist destinations.

QDC also has specialist experience in constructing sporting venues with a series of

purpose built Olympic sporting venues. In addition QDC has also constructed a wide

variety of educational buildings, libraries and MOI buildings. QDC has a strong track

record in the construction of villa compounds, palaces and mosques. With a large design

and build capability QDC is able to offer all clients a complete turnkey construction

QDC is known as reputable General Contractor with completed and ongoing various
