    03/Mar/15: HEC will submit montly report from march. On other hand, HEC confirmed that final connections will be done when excavation works

    match with site condition. On the other hand, HEC must inform dates to hydrotest because TT2 wants to witness tests.

    17/Feb/15: HEC informed that it is ongoing, and that Final connections will be done when excavation work finish.

    17/Feb/15: HEC informed that it is on-going, and that some Hydro test is going now. After they finish, hand over ASAP, but TT2 requested HEC to

    arrange a meeting to check pending documentation for the hydrotest ASAP.

    06/Jan/15: Some points which require improvement were identified, the condition of them and the solution to be taken must be checked by HEC

    ASAP.

    13/Jan/15: HEC is checking 22 points that must be repaired and informed that 15 of them cannot be repaired soon due to some interferences with

    materials, excavations, and some others.

    20/Jan/15: HEC commented that the repairs will be done after finishing civil works but TT2 is concerned because this situation can cause problems in

    future. HEC replied that this will be checked between QA/QC, civil and electrical team after meeting and final solution will be informed to TT2.

    March 10, 2015Remark

    23/Dic/14: TT2 commented that there are some issues to be checked about grounding mesh, as for example, the cables are in some areas over

    ground, so, they can suffer damages. HEC will verify proper condition and maintenance of the grounding mesh.

    13/Jan/15: Pending repairs will be finished within January.

    27/Jan/15: TT2 insisted that grounding mesh must be ready to the energizing. HEC informed that this is under continuous checking and improving.

    TT2 commented that the commissioning of the air compressor system could be affected because of grounding mesh missing.

    27/Jan/15: TT2 pointed out that red line drawings have some mistakes about coordinates which donot match with location at site so, it was

    suggested HEC to verify if people who is changing the drawings is updating the coordinates, too. HEC replied that this will be checked after meeting

    and the information about this will be submitted by an email.

    27/Jan/15: Repairs are ongoing (77% of repair progress)

    24/Feb/15: HEC informed that excavation work will be planned next month. That time, they can make repair works also. TT2 insisted that report of

    grounding cable repairs must be submitted monthly but so far HEC had not submitted any report. HEC replied that this will be checked.

    24/Feb/15: HEC informed that it will be sent to TT2 today. TT2 commented that mill certificate must be included.

    03/Mar/15: HEC informed that repairs of the STG could start second middle of March. It depends on negotiation with subcontractor .

    10/Mar/15: HEC informed that next week repair works will start and other pending works will start at end of March.

    repairs are 77% .

    03/Mar/15: HEC confirmed that repairs were done but, during commissioning the clarifier will be filled to verify if there are new leakages.

    10/Mar/15: HEC commented that final checking will be done during commissioning.

    03/Mar/15: HEC informed that thickness, visual and adherence tests will be done to the paint of pipes next week.

    10/Mar/15: HEC informed that they will make an internal inspection of painting at end of this week (Due date March 14th). TT2 pointed out that HEC

    must take into account that welding of joints repaired should be without painting for hydrotest.

    10/Mar/15: HEC informed that inspection was started yesterday and there are some issues to be improved in welding and installation of steel

    structure.

    03/Mar/15: HEC will make a visual inspection to verify condition and if it is proper, HEC will arrange the inspection between TT2 and HEC.

    10/Mar/15: HEC informed that they gave site instruction to Intricon and pumping out water is on-going now; however, TT2 emphasized that it is not

    possible to continue energizing if the EMH and Trenches continue with leakages because of the risk of electrical shock, therefore, TT2 requested HEC

    to look for a proper and a prompt solution before next meeting. HEC will submit the causes of water leakages and repair procedure and schedule.

    10/Feb/15: HEC informed that repair work of ladders and platforms are ongoing.

    23/Dic/14: HEC will make a PT test of the 10% of the welding; but if any point tested fails the test must be done to other 10% of the weldings, and so

    on. The welding point to be tested will be defined by TT2.

    13/Jan/15: The PT of welding joints (10% ) of the platforms will be started next week.
