View of Ethics: The four views of ethical behavior are Utilitarian, individualism, moral rights and justice views. Depending on the perspective one chooses to adopt in a situation, the resulting behavior may be considered ethical or unethical.
Cultural Issues: Ethical problems are more difficult when overplayed with the complexities of different cultures and values systems that exist in a global economy.
Organizational Effectiveness: The measure of how good an organization is performing while using the resources to accomplish desired missions and objectives.
Environment Uncertainty: The lack of information regarding what exists in the environment and what developments may occur.
Globalization: The process of growing interdependence among elements of the global economy.
Chain of Command: In a organization all members are linked together with successively higher levels of authority.
Empowerment: Allowing individuals in an organization to make decisions and exercise discretion in their work to better increase productivity and moral.
Organizational Culture: The system of shared beliefs and values in a organization that guides behavior in a uniform manner.
Glass Ceiling: An unfair invisible barrier to advancement for minorities in an organization
Managing Diversity: A leadership approach that creates organizational culture that respects diversity and supports multiculturalism. Achieving such diversity can be a challenge by encouraging members of an organization to overcome pervious perceptions.
