Fort Hood “ The Great Place” Exchange

Capital Expenditure Projects PX Shopping Center $47.2 million

This project construction is a 2.0 module (270,000 SF) shopping center across from the existing shopping center and commissary on Clear Creek Road.

It includes a new 170,000 sq. ft. Main Store, nine food concepts which are proposed.

(Denny’s Express, Manchu Wok, Charley’s, Arby’s, Del Taco, Subway, Froots, Starbucks and Baskin Robbins) concessions, MEDCOM Satellite Pharmacy and Exchange Dental and Optical concessions.
