    incident

    with an

    inmate.

    In an

    interview with

    Intemal Affairs,

    you

    an

    admission

    which

    indicated

    that

    you

    were

    involved

    in the incident,

    used the taser

    to "drive"

    stun

    the itrmate, but

    did not

    call

    fot

    assistance.

    During

    the

    incident,

    injured,

    however,

    did not submit

    you take appropriate

    action to

    ensue

    medical treatrent.
