Background

• Retrenching senior employees creates significant shortage of talents. Thus, inconsistent processes and procedures at workplace creates an immediate necessity for transfer of knowledge & skills from experienced employees to novice employees.

• Grounded Theory (Bryant, 2017) opted for data collection

• Knowledge elicitation method applied -Unstructured interview
