To upload your first podcast episode click on podcast capture



Log in using your Admin name and password



Click on File icon to upload your media file



Click on Browse button to navigate and locate your media file to upload



Navigate and locate your media file to upload. Click on Open



Your podcast workflow name will automatically be selected. Give the podcast episode a name and fill in the description. Finally, click Publish.

IMPORTANT:Do not name your media files using characters the web does not recognize, e.g. / ” - ; : \.



Congratulations. You have completed your first podcast upload.You can continue to upload new media files by clicking New podcast button



Creating the Podcast Website

Navigate to your podcast episode by using the address given you, e.g. http://uleap.louisville.edu/groups/groupname/




Click on pencil icon to access Admin Settings

Click on Settings




General allows you to change the theme of your podcast site or the name. You can place a contact email here so viewers can write to you.




Under Services you MUST click on “Create a podcast for this wiki’s Blog”. Select iTunes category



Creating the Podcast WebsitePermissions are already set. But you do want to moderate ALL comments. These will be sent to email you entered before.




Your blog is the storage closet for your media. Each new episode is stored here.
