Prioritize and do the most important thing first

Prioritize and manage your timeIdentify what the most important things are in

your lifeLearn tools that allow you to be strong during

difficult times and to live life according to what matters most.

Have will-power to say yes to the most important things and won’t-power to say no to less important things.

minute• Results: Stress, anxiety &

burnout

THE PRIORITIZER• Looks at everything and

prioritizes to make sure things get done

• Says no with a smile• Results: Controls their life,

has balance, and performs high

NOT IMPORTANT

THE YES-MAN• Tries to please other people• Can’t say “no” as to avoid

offending others• Often caves to peer pressure• Results: Reputation of being

a “pleaser” and lack of discipline

THE SLACKER• Wastes time• Does too many unproductive

activities• Results: Lack of

responsibility, guilt, and flakiness.
