Download and Installation Finding the app in the online store The Simpler Trading mobile app is free. Simply open the Store on your Device. On apple it will be the “App Store”, on Android it will be the “Play Store” On Apple Click / tap on the “App Store” icon.

Download and Installation Searching for the Simpler Trading mobile App Find and click on the search function in the store and type “Simpler Trading”.
Locate and tap the download button. On Apple, it looks like a cloud with an arrow pointing down.

Logging in Opening the Simpler Trading App for the first time When the app opens for the first time, the Simpler Trading name and logo splash screen will appear.

Logging in Opening the Simpler Trading App for the first time Certain prompts may appear asking for permissions. For instance, to allow “Push Alerts”. Tap on “Allow”.
Use the same email and password you use to log into the Simpler Trading website.

Enabling Alerts Ensure Alert settings are enabled
Simpler trading no longer supports SMS text messages. Instead, alerts are received as Push Notifications through your Simpler Trading mobile app. You must have the Simpler mobile app installed on your mobile device to receive alerts from your class.
Alerts are delivered to your mobile device through the Simpler Trading mobile app as Push Notifications.
To receive alerts during a class, please check all the following:
• Notifications for the mobile app must be enabled in the general settings of your device. This is turned on for you when the app is installed, and the user taps “Allow” when prompted by the Simpler Trading app (see section on “Logging in”).
• You must log into the live classroom at least once.
• Alert settings in the app must be enabled (they are enabled by default).
• You do not need to keep the Simpler Trading app open to receive push notifications.

Sign-in to the Class Tap on the “Class” button Opening the Simpler Trading app for the first time, the home page will appear. There are five buttons that appear along the bottom of most of the app’s screens. In this screenshot, the home icon at the bottom left is filled in orange because that is the screen displayed. Tap on the middle button which is the “Class” button.

Sign-in to the Class Tap on the “Class” button Opening the Simpler Trading app for the first time, the home page will appear. On the bottom row of buttons, tap on the “Classes” button. Your class(es) will be displayed as button(s) in the middle of the screen. In this example, there are three class rooms listed, the “free webinar room”, “Phoenix Finder”, and “Bruce’s Private Options Mentorship”. Tap on a class to login and view the live content.

Sign-in to the Class Tap on the “Alerts” button At the login screen for the live trading room, type in your name, or a nickname. Then tap on the “Login to Room” button.
If it is the first-time logging into the Simpler app, you may be prompted to enable your device’s microphone.
Tap “OK”. The app needs to access the microphone settings to work properly. Working properly, the app will not interfere with an incoming call or other application running in the background. If you are not sure if this setting is enabled, go to the app’s settings to check.

Sign-in to the Class Live view If there is a presenter in the live room, a screen will appear, and you will hear audio if the presenter is speaking.
If there is no presenter in the room, the “Nobody is presenting at this time” message will appear.

Audio and video in the live class If you are logged into a presentation but have audio or video issues. Presenter’s screen Tap the presenter button in the top right of the screen to switch to a different presenter’s screen. If you see a live presentation occurring and there is no audio, or the audio does not match the presentation, make sure you are showing the correct presenter’s screen.

In the top right corner of the screen is the menu button.

Alerts Sync Alerts Alerts must be sync’d to load in the app. On the bottom row of buttons, tap on the “Alert” button. If shown, tap on “Click here to sync alerts from the cloud”. If not shown, the alerts are already sync’d.

Alerts Updating alerts Although alerts should update automatically, you may force alerts to update. Tap the circular arrow reload button in the upper right corner of the screen. It may take a moment to load alerts from the cloud.
Alerts will refresh.

Alerts Push notifications Notifications will appear on the home screen of your mobile device. Tap on an alert to read it.

Notifications can be enabled / disabled for any class or membership.
On the bottom row of buttons, tap on the “Alerts” button.
In the Alerts window, click on the alarm bell in the upper right of the screen.

Compatibility Supported devices and version Android Android compatibility includes Android operating system (OS) version 5 and above. Android OS version 5 (aka: "Lollipop") is the earliest version that we support. If your phone or tablet will not support Android OS 5 or later, the Simpler Trading app may not load or operate correctly on your device. Apple We support the following and later devices: iPhone 5s and up and iPad 5th generation (2017) and up.
