Move from involving as many people as possible as cheaply as possible, to targetting

Taking a CLD approach about supporting achievement of individuals and communities

community activity

Re-organising (right now!)

Moving staff to fit 29 ILC’s (ASG’s)

Each area and each ILC will have a named librarian, cultural officer, facilities manager, sports co-ordinator, youth worker and CLD officer
