    High Quality Selection:

    PurpleLeap has selected about 200 students from over 3,000

    students who participated in the assessment test. These students

    represent over 25 colleges from Andhra Pradesh and Tamilnadu.

    Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering

    Selection Process: Skill Test (communication, problem solving and

    programming) followed by Group Discussion and Interview. The

    process was conducted by an Experts Panel from the industry.

    Rigorous Training:

    PurpleLeap sets up state-of-the-art VSAT enabled CareerCenter at all

    participating colleges.

    Each candidate is taken through a rigorous 500+ hour training

    program across technical, organizational as well as functional aspects

    of the role.
