SINATRA AT THE SANDS If you missed Sinatra with Count Basie in their legendary appearance at the Las Vegas Sands Hotel in 1966, here is your chance to see it again. Joey Jewell and Jim Kerlʼs big band “Swing Session” will take you back to the heyday of Las Vegas and the reigning king of the strip. Much like Sinatraʼs Vegas shows, Jewell is regularly accompanied by special guests that add to the feel of the Rat Pack performances of old to “Sinatra At The Sands”. Included in this concert are such timeless Sinatra hits as “Come Fly With Me”, “Iʼve Got You Under My Skin”, “Fly Me To The Moon”, “Witchcraft”, “Where or When”, “The Lady Is A Tramp”, “You Make Me Feel So Young”, “One For My Baby”, “My Kind Of Town”, “Luck Be A Lady” and the iconic hit “My Way”. Joey is recognized as a wonderful vocal stylist and entertainer in the tradition of the great shows of the Rat-Pack era. Swing Session plays the music of the Count Basie Orchestra as originally arranged by Quincy Jones, setting the stage for an unforgettable night of swinging big band music. Mr. Jewell, an accomplished entertainer in his own right (along with his “Special Guests du Jour”), brings the excitement of Sinatra/Rat Pack performance to life with astounding ease, electrifying audiences at every performance.
