SELECTING THE FINEST RAW MATERIALS

Our yarn procurement team begins this process by meticulously screening materials to ensure that is meets our weight and length requirements.

SCREENING PROCESS

Materials that do not meet the Pure Fiber Standard are immediately rejected. After the screening process, samples of the material undergo our analytical test for absorbency and an additional test for wet strength. This wet strength enables us to ensure that the products will maintain its shape and durability throughout a lifetime of washes.

FINISHING

With the newest weaving and warping technology at our disposal, our facility is capable of producing 11,500 kg per day of products in various weight and designs. Using new German and Belgium air jet technology, our equipment is more energy efficient than the traditional loom. The equipment’s capability for fast and accurate loop formation enables us to decrease wastage while increasing quality and durability. Our German designed Eco-Master Fabric dying machine allows us to reduce both our energy consumption as well as dye consump-tion, all while maintaining a high quality standard on color. Throughout the finishing stages, our quality con-trol experts examine and test the products to ensure a consistency of softness, absorbency, and durability.

Return Policy Product

Restrictions

The following Pure Fiber products are subject to our Special Return Policy.

• Private Label Products: These products are made-to-order specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns.

• Clearance Products: Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning Damaged and

Defective Items

In cases of damaged or defective products, the return pro-cess can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damaged or defective product (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to [email protected]. In many cases, action (in the form of reprint or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.

If the damaged/defective product cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to Pure Fiber for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Please note that we define manufacturer defect as items sewn incorrectly, holes or any visible defects, color inconsistency (prior to washing). Items that have been worn/used/washed are not considered manufacturer defect.

Who covers the return shipping

cost?

Pure Fiber will email a prepaid return label ONLY when the item arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by our representative to be defective. Customer is required to inspect all shipments and report damaged and defective items within 7 business days from receiving the shipment.

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsi-bility of the customer.

Under no circumstances does Pure Fiber reimburse (or pro-vide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the cus-tomer.

How to request an RMA

Email [email protected] to request a Return Mer-chandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

Be sure to specify following the information in your return request email:
