Wellness Plans keep your pet in optimum health by preventing disease and providing the opportunity for early diagnosis of potentially significant health issues. In addition, Wellness Plans spread the annual cost of your pet care over 12 months and reduce the cost of treatment for your pet at our hospital by up to 10%.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Tiger Tails Animal Hospital Wellness Plan agreements are good for one year and renew annually unless client provides request to cancel. Purchaser has the option to pay in full or spread the cost over 12 monthly payments. Sign up fee waived if paid in full.• Major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment.• Payment date changes are subject to a $15 administrative fee.• Failed/declined credit card transactions will be subject to a $15 administrative fee and 1.33% interest rate per month until paid. If client does not respond to requests for updated credit card information within 10 business days, the Wellness Plan Agreement will be terminated and the account balance will be due immediately. Any balance due over 90 days are subject to be turned over to collections.• A Wellness Plan may be cancelled for the following reasons: Relocation, rehoming of pet or death of pet.• Upon cancellation, the cost of services received, less installment payments made will be due immediately.

Pet owners who purchase Wellness Plans at Tiger Tails Animal Hospital also receive 10% off services or products at the hospital including boarding, day care, diagnostics, treatments, surgery, dentistry and pet supplies for the pet covered by the Wellness Plan. Wellness Plan pets also receive a 10% discount on group training classes with Pawsitive Practice Training.
