The Six Skills

*Created from idea by Nobuko Hattori, PhD and Certified CRM Teacher

Affirmations should be positive, empowering, and present tense – like PEP talks.

Create four new affirmations for yourself. Ideally they should start with I am, I can, or I am learning to

1.

2.

3.

4.

Or you may want to draw a picture to represent your affirmation, who you might be when your affirmations are fulfilled.

The important thing is to become emotionally involved with these new statements. You can use visualisations of the you, you have become when these are fulfilled. Some people like to link their affirmations to powerful uplifting music. You should write your affirmations out 5 – 10 times in the morning and in the evening. Or you could record them on a voice recorder and play them to yourself.
