PUMP TECHNOLOGY DESIGN MANUAL
The management of Pump Technology opted for quality policy which

reliability and professionalism.
Pump Technology shall provide quality products and services to

standards, deadlines and reliability ofdelivery and strategic

Procedures define the rules that must comply with all
participants in the execution of thegiven activity, a way of
documenting, storing and using them.
IMPLEMENTATION OF PRODUCTS / SERVICES
Pump Technology has a plan with time-defined project phases of
design, construction andcontrols that match the type of
product.
The duration of each phase of the project depends on the purpose
of the product, thecomplexity of the structure, scope of
innovation, degree of standardization, technologicaland geometric
degrees of similarity with previously proven designs from the
production inPump Technology.
Marketing and commerce has played a leading role in determining
the requirements forproduct qualityset by the buyer and transfer of
this demand.
In the summary information about the product demanded by the
purchaser, and preparedby commercial functions includes the
following requirements:

Marking products, components and parts and standard parts
Design and constructional documentation are part of the
technical documentation of PumpTechnology.In process of forming the
complete technical documentation of new products,this documentation
is the first, has lasting value and makes the basis for other
documents.
For design-constructional documentation of the most important
data is a function of theproduct, and on this basis the
classification is done.Basis of the system of marking
design-constructional documentation makes labeling,assemblies or
components by means of numerical symbols group whose character
andmeaning defined by the established rules and identification.

and numbers,separate withdash as shown:

Registration Number
Registration number is an identification number and remains
unchangeable for a portion ofthe encryption on anyground
(constructional, technological, etc.). Registration numbercontains
of six numbers, serial number of 000000 999999. For assign any
parts,
assembly or product we use Book of registration numbers which is
unique for the entirePump Technology. Registration numbers in
advance of 000000-999999 enrolled in "Bookof registration numbers."
Other fields are empty and are filled by reserving a certainnumber
of the part or document. When reserving registration numbers to
produce circuitboards and parts are filled by columns:
- Code constructional classification- Name,- Format
documents.
The content and form of drawings
Structural drawings of assemblies, subassemblies, and detail are
the basic document forthe technological development of specific
products. Drawing contain any data on thegeometry of parts,
tolerances, materials, quality treatment, care and special
technicalrequirements for the part that is not given in general
technical requirements. Drawings arecreated in the forms of
standard or extended format with standard header.
Display Mode for tolerance, material, quality treatment and
care, is regulated by theircorresponding internal standards.
Commercial-Technical drawing serves as an information document
for organizational unitsof marketing and commerce. This document
replaces a prospectus until it's released andserves to meet the
customer with the basic technical characteristics of the
product.Commercial-Technical drawing includes:
-The main technical characteristics, adapted to the needs of
commercial services,-Drawing with basic outer loading sizes.
