A World Leader in Efficiencyand ReliabilityThe Flowserve FRBH is one ofthe world’s most efficient andreliable family of pumps – onethat will perform effectively notonly at the traditional bestefficiency point but across abroad operating range. The highefficiency of the FRBH translatesinto reduced energy costs, anincreasingly important factoras electric power becomes more costly.

The FRBH is capable of handlingall types of stock up to 6% airdry consistency. Its unobstructedsuction and large streamlinedflow channel prevent cloggingand air-binding. Furthermore,the FRBH’s steep head-capacitycharacteristic prevents driveroverload and minimizes changesin flow, despite changes insystem head.

Mechanical SealsThe FRBH accepts single, double, tandem and splitmechanical seals. Cartridgeseals can be mounted over the standard pump sleeve ordirectly to the pump shaft.

Seal Housing design eliminatescavities and erosion areas. • Sized for five rings of

packing with multiple lanternring positions

• Removable fully split and interlocking packing glands

Optional Large Conical SealHousing allows the seal to beinstalled in the liquid directlybehind the impeller, eliminatingthe need for a separate sealwater flushing source.

FRBHJC Vertical Sump PumpUsing the FRBH liquid end,Flowserve engineers developedthe FRBHJC to handle corrosiveliquids and thick, pulpy mixtures.Designed for long, trouble-free,low-cost operation, the energyefficient FRBHJC is a truestiff-shaft cantilever design,without bottom bearing orflushing water.

FRBHJ Submerged BearingDesign is cast iron, or stainlesssteel, fitted with a rubber orurethane fluted bearing in a rigidstainless steel shell. Lubricationis from an external clear liquidsource.

FRBHJ Drivers may be directcoupled or V-belt for greaterflexibility.
