SUMMARY

The book is about “Puck”, a student of “Trébol de cuatro hojas”, a school from “Egeborg” in “Denmark”. She and her friends discovered a legend about a king's treasure, and they will have to find out where the treasure is.

BIOGRAPHY

Pseudonym: Lisbeth Werner

Carlo Andersen: Was born in 1904, he died in 1970. he was a Danish author who together with Knud Meister wrote numerous books for young people. They have became very famous for the series of Jan, which they wrote under their own names, but they also gave out a long list of books about Puck under the pseudonym Lisbeth Werner.

Knud Meister: was born in 1913, he died in 1989. Best known is the series the best known series is on “Jan” before but Meiszter and Andresen also wrote the series about “Puck” under the pseudonym Lisbeth Werner. Knut Meister also wrote detective novels.

PERSONAL RESPONSE TO THE PLOT

The book has an unpredictable plot. Kidnappings, treasures, leyens... I didn't think that the book could have unexpected things. When I started to read, it seemed a boring book but little by little the book was more amusing.

LANGUAGE AND TECHNIQUES

The language is simple and easy to read.

The vocabulary is a bit strange, for example: formidably throbbing
