by federal departments. Works with public and private partners—sometimes leading
collaborations—to develop and implement initiatives to reform public workforce development
systems, improve the regions' human capital base, and/or align the workforce with the needs of
business. Manages private and public grants or contracts that support various initiatives, ensuring
that deliverables and outcomes are met, that program and administrative activities are compliant
with contract scopes and other funder requirements, and that The Partnership maintains a
positive working relationship with funders. Bachelor Degree (BA) from four-year college or
university AND a minimum of five years in a related field, including public administration,
public policy, nonprofit management, or social serviceOR equivalent combination of
professional work experience, training and education. Master's degree in a related field preferred;
and Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional experience, preferably in
consulting, project management, government management, non-profit management, public
administration, public policy, or social services. Private, federal, and other public grant writing
experience preferred; and Possession of a valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.

National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) is looking to fill a Senior Community Service
Employment Program (SCSEP) Project Director – Chicago position. The Senior Community

and collating data to finding and telling the story of impact within it. The ideal candidate will
have background in banking and financial analysis of financial institutions, as well as
understanding of the issues, challenges and opportunities in community development finance. To
