PNM’s methodology for determining TTC and ATC values is in the Public Service Company of New Mexico Available Transfer Capability Implementation Document (ATCID). This document is posted on the PNM OASIS site. PNM’s methodology for determining TRM values is in the Public Service Company of New Mexico Transmission Reliability Margin Implementation Document (TRMID). This document is posted on the PNM OASIS site. PNM does not maintain CBM.

Existing Transmission Commitments None A technical investigation assessment was completed in 2006 on the Eddy County HVDC converter station to identify all components that could impact the reliability of the converter station due to age, condition, availability of spare parts, cost, or obsolesce. Based on this assessment major equipment components have reached the end of their respective useful life. In addition, more recently the converter station has not had a high availability track record which has raised concerns about the ongoing reliability of the station. Based on these facts, PNM will only be posting non-firm transmission service for this path.
