• Improve agility of the Singapore Government in adapting new technologies to enhance Public Service
• Help Small-Medium-Enterprises with innovative technologies but may not have sufficient track records to gain access to the public sector

We see benefits in 3 areas: visibility from customers, not necessarily restricted to just Govt agencies; and second is visibility with investors, and lastly, improvements we have make in both our technology and internal processes have helped us a lot. the pre-qualification will facilitate users’ buy-in and support the new market growth
• Prequalify service providers so that buyers could focus on their project requirements during procurement – more efficient process
