ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Dear Parents,

Greetings of the day!

Please follow the instructions mentioned below for the smooth functioning of the

admission procedure.

Kindly adhere to the date and time slots allotted for admission procedure

mentioned in the Selected candidates list only.Parents are requested to deposit the

fee within the stipulated time.

Documents required at the time of admission are: -

o 02 Passport size photographs of the child.

o Original Date of Birth + One photocopy ( Self attested)

o Address Proof : - Electricity bill, Rent Agreement,

Voter’s Id (either of these)

Mode of payment will be Demand Draft only made in favour of Sarla Chopra DAV

Public School payable at Noida amounting Rs. 20,160/ Fee Timings : 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Transport facility will be provided at existing routes only. However bus facility

will be provided subject to availability of seat in a particular route. For bus routes,

please visit the school website. (Jr. Routes).

For Admission procedure, Only one parent is allowed to enter the school premises

as a safety measure against COVID -19.

Parents are requested to wear masks and sanitize their hands before entering the

school premises.( Sanitizers are provided at school gate and school reception

counter) and follow social distancing of 2 mts.
