All the solvent storage tanks shall be connected to \'ent condensers. Regular monitoring of the VOCs shall be carried out using sensors.

v The solvents shall be recovered by installing fractional distillation columns. The recovered solvents shall be reused in the proces~ or sold to recyclers authorized by TSPCB. The volatile vapours generate.d during process shall be routed thr011gh condensers and the condensate shall be reused in the plant.

Quantity of water used for: Process is 215 KLD; wa>hings is 142 KT.D; boiler make-up is 700 KLD; Cooiing tower mnkeup is 700 KLD; DM ! Softener 150 KLD; Scrubber is 20 Kl.D and Domestic pmposes is 300 Kl.D.

B. General Conditions:

i. This order is valid for a period of 7 Y"ars.

ii. "Consent for Establishment" shall be obtained from Telangana Stale Pollution Con!Tol Board wider Air and Water Act before the s\art of any activity I construction work at site.

iii. This order is i11sucd ~ubject to outcome of the ca.•e:s (if any), pending in the National Green Trib1mal, Soutlo~m Zone, Cheonai or in any olhcr cow1.

1v. The industry shall not manufacture any other products and exceeding capacities except those mentioned in this order, without permission.

v. Provision shall be made for the housing of the conslruction labour within the site with all necessary infrastructure and facilities such as safe drinking water, fuel for cooking, mo bi le toilets, mobile STl'. medic.al health car.:, creche etc., 111e housing may be in the fonn of temporary structures to be removed after the completion of the project. The safe disposal of wr.~tcwater and solid wastes gi.:nemted during the construction phase ~hould pe ensured.

vi . No change in the process technology and scope of working should b" made witliout prior approval of !he SETAA, TS. No further expansion or modifications in the plant shall be carried out without prior upproval of the SEIAA, TS/ MoEF&CC, Gol, New Dcllti, as applicable.

vii. ·me environment &feguards conlained in the EIA Rcpo11 should be implemented in letter and spirit. The responsibility of implementation of environmental safeguards rests fully with the proponent ie., YJs. Divi's Laboratories Ltd.

viii. All the conditions, liabiliiies and legal provisions contained in the EC shall be "'lually applicable to the successor management of the project in tl1<' event of the project proponent tn:msfoning the ownership, mai11tcnancl' of managcmcnt of the project to any otl1cr entity.

ix. The cptopi1nenl shall sablnit half-yearly compliance reports in respect C'f the terms and conditions stipulated in this order in hard and soft copies to the SEIA/\.; and CCF, Regional office of MoEF&CC, Gol, Chcnnai on J ' 1 Jw1e and i '' December of each calendar year.
