REQUIRED DOCUMENTSFOR ECONOMIC OPERATORS

EXCLUSION OF THE PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING THE RIGHT TO USE OF PREMIUM FOR ELECTRICITY PRODUCED FROM PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT IF:

• In the past 5 years the economic operator was issued with verdict for participation in criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering

• The economic operator is in procedure of bankruptcy or liquidation • The entity has unpaid taxes, contributions or other public fees, except if the economic operator was approved with deferred

payment of taxes, contributions or other public fees in accordance with special regulations, and is implementing them • The economic operator was issued with minor penalty - ban for participation in procedures for public call, awarding public

procurement contracts and public - private partnership contracts • The economic operator was issued with minor penalty - temporary or permanent ban for performance of certain activity • The economic operator was issued with misdemeanor sanction for performance of profession, activity or duty i.e.

temporary ban on performance of certain activity • The economic operator has provided false information or has not submitted the required information

PROOF OF PERSONAL STANDINGFOR ECONOMIC OPERATORS

• In order to prove the capacity for performance of professional activity, the economic operator must submit a document that they are registered as domestic trade company in the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia or a proof for registration in the appropriate registry in the country where they have been founded, if the economic operator is a foreign legal entity

PROFESSIONAL CAPACITYOF ECONOMIC OPERATORS

• The bidder, in the past three years, has accomplished cumulative total income equal to 500 EUR per kW installed capacity for photovoltaic power-plant for which they submit the bid

• If one bidder submits bids for several locations, during the evaluation process of the submitted bids, the total income subject to evaluation, refers to the total offered installed capacity for all plots

• The economic operator must provide guarantee for the bid (participation guarantee). The amount of the guarantee for participation must not be lower than 1,200.00 MKD per kW installed capacity and if the economic operator is a foreign entity, the guarantee for participation must not be lower than 20.00 EUR per kW planned installed capacity of the photovoltaic power-plant

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONFOR THE PUBLIC CALL

• Condition for signing of the agreement with the selected most favorable bidder is that the selected most favorable bidder must secure irrevocable guarantee payable on first demand in the amount of 4,650.00 MKD per kW installed capacity or if the most favorable bidder is a foreign entity in the amount of 75.00 EUR per kW planned installed capacity of photovoltaic power-plant until the day of commercial commencement of operations

• The bidders may submit bids for no more than four photovoltaic power plants out of total 11 i.e. up to three for the location Amzabegovo and one location for Manastirec.
