We had a great turn out for our first coaching evening with 49 athletes in all.

The focus was on learning skills that were new or rusty such as jumping from the boardin long jump for the 12 and up age groups. High jump for the over 10s, using blocks,

and trying hurdles for the 12 and over.

A lot of fun was had and new skills tried out.

Remember the first 2 sessions are free but thereafter all athletes must be club registered

    and coaching registered.

There will be a 10% reduction in cost for multiple family members.

A reminder to all, that there are

certain rules with regards to the

    Archery Area that we MUST

abide by, for the sake of our

    safety, good manners and respect

    for our neighbours.

    The Rules are:-

    1. We may not park in the Archery Clubs Park-

ing, it is theirs done and paid for and our cars

    will be towed away!

    2. When parking in amongst the trees where we

can park, and which area will be roped off,

PLEASE to not walk to the track through the

trees, please walk on the road to the club

house. The reason for this is that if someone

misses the target at the Archery Range, the

arrow can travel quite a distance and you

could be injured or worse killed.

    3. Do not hurdle or climb over the fence separat-

ing the track from the archery area.

    4. Please be aware of where the archers are

    when warming up.

    Keyes Road is one way

    northbound for most of the

season. So if you are com-

ing from NW, best to stay

    on ANZAC Drive, left into

    Pages Rd, Hawke St.

When you get there do re-

    member we MAY NOT park

    in the Archery Clubs Parking!
