• Psychology is the study of human behavior and mental processes. Psychologists use a

variety of methods to describe, predict, understand and influence behavior to help change harmful behaviors that hurt one’s

self and others.

Structuralism vs. Functionalism

• Structuralism theory dealt primarily with internal feelings. …it asks what happens when someone does something Functionalism asked how and why.
