The general objective of the project:
Increasing psychological resilience in emergency personnel, doctors,
n u r s e s , p a r a m e d i c s , fi r e fi g h t e r s .
Increasing psychological resilience plays an essential role in
emergency personnel, doctors, nurses, paramedics, firefighters,
as it can moderate and prevent serious psychological responses.
Poor psychological resilience affects performance, quality of work,
life and can eventually lead to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
o r e v e n m o r e s e r i o u s p s y c h o l o g i c a l d i s o r d e r s .
