Reflection
Prior to my entrance in Argosy University’s on line Psychology program, I had an understanding of the discipline of psychology.
After taking the various courses in the program and completing the various assignments, researching, participating in online group assignments and writing papers, I have a better understanding and appreciation for this field.
Many of the classes has been challenging and fulfilling. I started working on the Behavioral health unit after starting the
program and between the two an enhancement and clarity of the behavioral problems and cognitive process has become real to me.
I am a visual and hands on learner so working with this clientele has assisted in my success in many of the courses.

My Future in Learning
Learning is a lifelong process. How do you envision your future as a lifelong learner? When reviewing my strengths overall during the course of my life, I have achieved many of my goals and have made significant impact on many lives as a nurse. I am eager to learn and find that learning is a life long process. I consider myself fortunate to be able to process thoughts effectively and apply to daily situations. When reviewing my weakness I strive for perfection and no one is perfect. I also could have achieved further education from formal schooling early on but put it off for so many years. I am grateful to achieve my Psychology degree now and continue to pursue education through life circumstances.
I will also continue this pursuit of life learning by remembering the importance of always having a book to enhance knowledge. It does not matter if it takes a year or a week to read a book. I will always strive to have a book that I am reading. I have a list of things to learn as a reminder of new areas of study to accomplish. I am in a career that encourages continual learning and promotes intellectual freedom, and challenges me.
