Housed in a revamped 1940s mansion in the chic Miraflores
district, this nine-room hotelito comes from the same award-winning
design team behind Hotel B, in the neighboring district of
Barranco, and Titilaka, the boutique lodge on the shores of Lake
Titicaca. The informal and relaxed atmosphere breaks down the
barriers between visitors and the friendly, knowledgeable staff,
making this one-off luxury townhouse a perfect cozy refuge, where
guests can decompress and recharge their batteries between
adventures in Perus vibrant capital.
THE EXPERIENCE
Atemporal offers its guests an alternative lodging experience.
The tireless personalized attention to detail includes a Matre de
maison, concierge on duty around the clock, house car and chauffeur
for short excursions, 24/7 menu created with locally-sourced
natural ingredients, and full connectivity. We pride ourselves on
our flexibility; whatever a guest requests, we will go out of our
way to come up with a made-to-measure solution, including exclusive
behind-the-scenes access to Limas contemporary creative scene.
Atemporal is entirely private, meaning only guests and those they
invite can use its exclusive spaces, with their offbeat but
functional collectors aesthetic, including a veranda, salon and
private garden.
THE INSPIRATION
Atemporal is conceived as the home of a globetrotting freelance
photographer. He loves Lima but is rarely home, and ensures that
his trusted staff spoil his friends and take special care of his
objets. Indeed his majordomo, his personal assistant, cook and
chauffeur are on call.

Each room is equipped with modern furnishings decorated with an
eclectic but sophisticated mixture of contemporary and classic
artworks and artifacts thoughtfully collected from across Peru. Our
rooms offer all modern comforts in a sensual, intimate setting, the
perfect place to relax after a full day exploring Limas bustling
neighborhoods and markets.
Each room comes equipped with blackout curtains, ergonomic
double twin, queen or king beds with sumptuous cotton bedding, a
phone with free international calls, air conditioning and a fully
connected smart TV. We have round-the-clock room service so it will
never be too late, or too early, to have breakfast in bed, or lunch
or supper for that matter.

Atemporal is located on the corners of Arica and Santa Maria
streets in a leafy residential area, in the heart of the chic
Miraflores district, just a few meters from the Huaca Pucllana, a
pre-Inca pyramid that is one of Limas most important archeological
sites, the Olivar, and Ovalo Gutierrez. The hotel is within quick
striking distance of many of Limas best shopping areas, restaurants
and neighborhoods, as well as the business district. Renowned
eateries within a short walking distance include; Astrid y Gastn,
the restaurant that kicked off Perus astonishing culinary boom back
in the 1990s; Osaka, one of the best Japanese-Peruvian, or Nikkei,
restaurants; and the Huaca Pucllana with the backdrop of the
