B. PRICES, INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

1. The Tour package includes: Economy airfare via Emirates from

MANILA; pick up and drop off at airport in Amman; hotel

accommodations on ½ twin sharing at first class hotels.

Breakfasts and dinners daily. Meals during flight days are

served on board; Entrance fees to all tour sites in the itinerary,

luxury air conditioned buses with licensed English speaking tour

guide, porterage of 1 bag per person, and travel kits.

2. Add-ons: Tips and gratuities to guides, drivers and hotel staff,

border taxes and visa fees, medical and travel insurance.

3. Airport and fuel surcharge are paid together with airfare.

However the amount fluctuates so that it is charged separately.

When the group tickets are ready to be issued, this is when the

actual amount of taxes is charged.

4. Not included in the package: Lunches and beverages, personal

expenses such as extra meals, mini bar, phone calls, laundry

and shopping etc. Exit Clearances and reentry permits for non-

Filipino citizens. Israel visa if required.

5. LAND PACKAGE (US$2,498) is applicable for participants NOT

originating from the Philippines and/or using Frequent Flyer

C. ACCOMMODATION

1. All accommodations will be on twin sharing basis in standard

rooms containing two beds.

2. The single room charge is $750

3. There is no reduction of cost if three persons share a room.

D. CANCELLATION PROCEDURES & CHARGES

a. HighLight Tours and the tour operator reserve the right to

forfeit the deposits when a participant voluntarily cancels

his booking. The deposit amount however may be

assigned to someone else with charges.

b. After deposits and payments are made, cancellation

charges are applied according to the following time

frame:

More than 90 days before departure = $300 admin fee

89-61 days prior to departure = 20% cancellation fee

60-45 days prior to departure =25% cancellation fee

44days-30 days prior to departure =50% cancellation fee

29 days to 15 days prior to departure = 75% cancellation fee

14 days to 8 days prior to departure =90% cancellation fee

7 days to Day of departure= 100% cancellation fee
