Notes & Special Instructions:(1) Contractor to call DIG LINE for marking before excavation(2) Own permit must be provided(3) Contractor will be responsible for any damage to existing curb, gutter or sidewalk caused by heavy equipment

(4) Contractor to correct any settling around foundation, sewer/water lines or damage caused to sidewalks or driveways due to settling for a period of 1 year

(5) Storm Water/Erosion Control will be enforced. Gravel driveway is required and silt fence may be needed. Only one (1) access point in and out of project

Finish Grade - To be of "landscape ready" quality as NWP will not hire a separate landscaper. The following will be required: (1) Ground sloped away from foundation and the remainder level compacted; (2) at least a 2" layer of rock-free and debris-free topsoil will need to be spread throughout the lot, which means topsoil will likely be needed from the outside source and/or you may need to subcontract with a landscaping company; (3) Finish grading must be 1.5" below the top of the driveway, side & service walks.

Backfill around foundation placed in 18" lifts and mechanically compacted to 95% using DAMP SOIL (hose bib to be provided by plumber before backfill process begins). Backfill material to contain no concrete or waste material.

Backfill and compact inside porch wall(s) before concrete slab is poured. Cover any wood with metal that might come in contact w/concrete

Crawlspace to be backfilled with 3/4' crushed gravel to top of footing

Excavate for sewer lines from foundation to city utility, clean out riser outside foundation with cap

Notes & Special Instructions:(1) Concrete will be placed in no more than 2-foot lifts and will be vibrated with electric vibrator on every lift(2) If applicable (only on homes with basements) take care around window buck units to ensure concrete fills channels of the buck unit(3) On all exposed concrete after snap ties are removed every snap tie hole exposed to be patched with sand/cement mixture or 5-star grout before foundation coating is applied (if applicable)

(4) All concrete ties on exterior will be removed and patched with plastic cement before waterproofing, all concrete ties on interior walls will be removed

(5) Crawl space 8" thick, 1/2" rebar reinforcing, wallks to be square and top level

(6) Ufer ground to be installed per IBC/NEC code (7) Exterior wall to be waterproofed.

(8) Use gravel parking pad for access in and out of the property. (3) All paper, tape, and debris to be removed when painting completed
