HELPING WOMEN IN RECOVERY SINCE 1970
If you’re struggling with substance dependency,
you’re not alone. Addiction is a disease that affects
many women in our community. At The Haven, we have
been working with women in recovery for over four
decades. Our goal is to guide you (and your family)
through the steps that lead to a substance-free life,
help you build a sober support network and provide
you with the techniques to sustain a lifelong recovery
from substance use.
Our gender specific services for women allow you
to focus on your recovery in a safe, comfortable,
supportive environment, where you can begin the
healing process surrounded by women with similar
stories and circumstances. In addition to our highly
regarded residential services, we offer an outpatient
program that gives you the flexibility to receive the
treatment you need while continuing to meet your
employment and family obligations.

live in recovery on a daily basis and that with the
right commitment and treatment, anyone can overcome
their substance use dependency and achieve a better
quality of life.
When you enter our clinic, you’ll be immediately
welcomed, engaged and put at ease. We provide
a confidential and inclusive environment, with a
professionally trained staff that understands the specific
needs of women from different backgrounds and cultures,
and the challenges they face on the road to recovery.
The Haven is fully licensed under the Arizona Department
of Human Services and is accredited by the Commission
on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

FLEXIBLE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES
Our Outpatient Substance Use Services allow you to
receive treatment while continuing to live in your own
home and meet your work and family commitments.
Whether it is a 12-week Intensive Outpatient Program
or simply attending a weekly group or counseling
services, our programs are individualized to meet
your specific needs.
OUTPATIENT SERVICES INCLUDE:
• Individual and group counseling by a master’s level therapist • Meeting with Recovery Coaches who have personal, lived experience with substance use • Family support and educational groups • Assistance with court needs and the Department of Child Safety• Assistance obtaining a sponsor • Affordable treatment - Some outpatient services are fully paid by insurance companies. We also offer payment plans, credit card options and assistance with obtaining funding• Ideal location – we are centrally located on the bus routes, and offer discreet off-street parking • Clinically proven treatment programs that create structure and expectations, reinforce positive change, promote independence and self-help and teach coping and relapse prevention skills
OUR 12-WEEK INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM INCLUDES:
• All the standard outpatient services (above)• Nine hours of client direct services each week, with flexible evening hours available • Abstinence monitoring
