During renovations, retrofits, or
other interior construction projects,
these temporary walls maintain a
professional appearance while being
an effective barrier against the
migration of dust and debris.
STRONGER PROTECTION IN HIGH-TRAFFIC AREAS
TuffWrap® Hybrid Walls blend the versatility
of C.O.R.E. Frameless Walls® with the
structural rigidity of framed walls. They are
comprised of a solid base combined with a
frameless wall that extends to the ceiling.
Hybrid Walls are reinforced by pre-
manufactured metal braces that are modular
in design for clean, easy installation. The base
consists of plywood or our TuffPanel® option,
which is food-grade safe for use in food,
beverage, and pharmaceutical facilities.
TuffWrap offers two types of Hybrid Walls.
Our standard Hybrid Walls have a four-foot
base and our Industrial Hybrid Walls have an
eight-foot base to better accommodate
high-traffic or heavy-machinery areas.

PROTECT VALUABLE ASSETS FROM ABOVE
SMARTSEAM® SUSPENDED COVERSuspended Cover protects facilities from falling dust and debris
during reroofing projects. TuffWrap® invented our signature
SmartSeam material as a result of our ongoing commitment to
ensuring our clients’ safety. It is effective in protecting against
contamination, but most importantly, it addresses the inherent
dangers associated with installing suspended cover above or below
fire sprinkler systems. SmartSeam® is Classified by UL to 723S for
installation below sprinkler systems and meets NFPA 13.

DOORS
TuffWrap® keeps debris out
while it lets equipment and
people in. Our door options
include the following:
• Pocket doors
• Zipper doors

Suspended Cover combined with our C.O.R.E.
Frameless Walls® produces a Total Enclosure.
• Keeps dust completely in or out
• Used during floor resurfacing, drain
replacement, or similar projects
• Can also be used to create entryways,
vestibules, or sealed walkways.

in conjunction with Suspended
Cover during takedown. It
consists of lightly blowing debris
off reachable horizontal
surfaces. High Structure Dust
Removal with Vacuum is also
available for areas that may
require additional attention.
