Case Study…Challenge: client’s submersible
pump wasn't lasting long
enough in a mining slurry.
Approach: Safeguard applied
the proper polyurethane
coating to protect against
abrasion.
Results: the pump was failing
within 2 weeks and in need of
replacement but after coating is
still running at week 18.
Outcome: tens of thousands of
dollars in cost savings as well
eliminating tremendous down

partnering with ABS pumps to
