ELECTRICAL CONTROLS ENGINEERElectrical Engineer with strong controls background. Will be involved in programming, design and start up. Candidates should have thorough knowledge in PLC programming, preferably with Rockwell ControlLogix, GE and Siemens. BSEE, AutoCAD Electrical experience, background with drive systems and experience in the metals industry are a plus. Local candidates only.
HVAC ENGINEER 5+ years experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design. The ideal candidate should also have:
BSME; experience with commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities including labs, fire protection systems, and water chillers; AutoCAD; and experience performing calculations. PE and commissioning experience a plus. Local candidates only.
PRO/E MECHANICAL DESIGNER/ENGINEER Responsible for the design and development of electromechanical products. Qualifications: 2+
years product development/design, 1+ years experience with Pro/E, MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills. Local candidates only.
ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER/TECHNICIANExperience with electromechanical assembly, soldering, wiring, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints/schematics/diagrams. Technical schooling a plus. Shift is 6AM-2:30PM. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
GAUGE CALIBRATION TECHNICIANThe ideal candidate should have: quality inspection experience, ability to calibrate analog calipers, micrometers, and depth mics, good math skills, good computer skills, mechanically inclined and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet high productivity goals. Metrology certification/training a plus.
MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER Requires good mechanical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment assembling mechanical parts by hand. Responsibilities include assembly, testing and laser marking of valves and fittings. Additionally, will handle parts, clean-up, maintenance, etc. Shift is 6AM to 2:30PM.
PROCESS ENGINEERResponsibilities: Specification and selection of the proper chemical process for a particular application, performing process calculations to determine the key parameters for the design of the engineered system, technical review of mechanical design drawings, writing the process descriptions, and review of the system design to insure proper fail safe operation.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 2-5 years experience as a Process Engineer involving industrial chemical processes involving surface treatment of metal or waste water treatment in an industrial metal processing facility, MS Office and moderate proficiency in AutoCAD and Inventor.
PRODUCT MANAGER This position is responsible for developing the following: Products, proposals,
bids, contracts, marketing tools, sales opportunities and customer relationships.
Qualifications: BSME, 3+ years product management experience in the steel/metals/furnace industry, proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with AutoCAD and the ability to travel 40%+ both internationally and domestically. The ideal candidate will also have the following skills: interpersonal, written/verbal communication, time management, negotiation and influencing.
PLANNING/SCHEDULING ENGINEER Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules by
analyzing department resources against tasks, supplier schedules and contract dates using critical path and critical chain methodologies. The ideal candidate should have: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline, minimum three (3) years of scheduling experience in engineering or complex manufacturing industry and advanced Microsoft Office, Project and Primavera skills.
APPLICATION/FIELD ENGINEERThis position will assist the sales team, specifying parts and configuration to execute and deliver projects on-time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have the following experience/knowledge: 5+ years application/field engineering in the automation/motion control industry, manufacturing processes, complex project management, CAD/CAM, and the development of specs. Up to 80% travel, including internationally. BSEE required.
