The plotted data in the fgure below shows that the x-mas tree was
located at the TVD (true vertical depth) o 0 eet which is lie on the
surace. The -mas tree was installed prior in controlling the !ow o the oil
and gas out o the well. "eside -mas tree other subs#stem o $$$V
(subsurace saet# valve was installed. This s#stem or device used in order
to provide remote sub-surace isolation in the event o a catastrophic
ailure o -mas tree or as a ailsae shutdown s#stem. This drilled well use
a casing o % inch internal diameter with &0'0 eet or well isolation while
the ran tubing with '.% inch internal diameter o &000 eet long. The
designed casing must have the abilit# to withstand a several against a
