Regulations:

The following are the Regulations for admission into Management Quota seats

in Post Graduate Medical & Dental Degree / Diploma Courses in all the Private

Medical / Dental Colleges affiliated to Dr. NTR UHS.

Number of seats under Management quota:

The number of seats available for the academic year 2019-20 in Post Graduate

Medical & Dental Degree / Diploma Courses at Private Un-aided Non-Minority

Medical and Dental colleges will be in accordance with the orders of the

MCI/DCI / GOI / Govt. of AP.

The data of seats under Management Quota is given in the Annexure-I

appended herewith, for information.

Eligibility: The candidates who fulfil the following criteria are eligible for admission into

Post Graduate Medical/Dental Degree / Diploma courses and they have to get their certificates verified as per schedule to be notified by the university.

The candidates should secure the following cut-off scores in NEET PG-2019 / NEET MDS -2019 conducted by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi

as per section (10) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

Foreign Students / NRI / NRI sponsored candidates are eligible for Management

Quota Sub – Category – 2.

Candidates sponsored by the Managements of Private Un – Aided Non – Minority

Medical / Dental Colleges having Post Graduate Courses in Andhra Pradesh

State are eligible for Management Quota Sub – Category – 3, in the college which

sponsored his / her candidature. The requirements for the sub- category 3 seats

are:

1. The candidates who have completed MBBS/BDS in that particular Institution.

2. Son or Daughter of the employee working in that particular institution.

3. Employee of that particular Institution.

4. The Employee should have a minimum of 6 months experience in that particular

Institution and presently working in the same Institution (Proof to be produced)

Candidates should have MBBS / BDS Degree recognized by the MCI /

DCI.

Candidates should complete Internship by 31-03-2019.

Must have registered with Medical Council / Dental Council and Original

Certificate with MCI/DCI/State Medical Council/ State Dental Council

should be submitted.

Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or

concealed any relevant information such candidate is liable to be

disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the

admission will be cancelled. Further disciplinary action against

him/her will be taken by the University/respective institution.

Legal issues if any shall be under the High Court of Judicature for

the State of Andhra Pradesh.

If the candidate is having a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS /

BDS (Primary Medical/Dental qualification) from outside India, the Degree

should have been recognized by Medical Council of India /Dental Council

of India for enrolment as Medical Practitioner in the Country.

Candidate must have Permanent Registration with Medical Council of

India / Dental Council of India or any State Medical Council / Dental

Council.

Candidates must pay equivalency verification fee as specified in the

regulations along with the registration fee. The fee once paid will not be

refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore candidates are advised

to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before applying for determining

merit.

Applications through Online:

The On-line Application Form for determining Merit Position in

respective categories (Sub Category – 1,2 & 3) will be available on the

website http:// http://pvtappgmed.ntruhs.ap.gov.in from 10.00 AM on

05-04-2019 to 10.00 PM on 15-04-2019.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus to fill

the application form from the websites http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in before

proceeding to fill the application form.

The candidate should fill the online application form available in the

Website with the data required-for, through internet.

The Online Application Form can be filled through any computer

with internet connection (Home/ Internet Cafe / Net Centre).

The candidate is advised to fill the Online Application Form after

going through the prospectus by keeping all the Certificates ready to

enter his/her correct data.

Procedure of filling online application and Procedure for

online payment: 1. Read the Notification, Prospectus / Regulations carefully.

2. Keep all the following ready:

a) NEET – PG 2019 / NEET MDS – 2019 Admit card issued by the NBE.

b) NEET – PG 2019 / NEET MDS – 2019 Score card issued by the NBE.

c) MBBS/BDS Original Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate.

d) Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent certificate).

e) Permanent Caste Certificate if applicable.

f) Internship Completion Certificate.

g) Medical Council / Dental Council of India Registration

Certificate.

h) Differently Abled (PH) Certificate if applicable.

i) Credit card / Debit card.

3. The fee can be paid through Debit card / Credit card or Net

Banking.

4. The fee paid by the applicants is not refundable and not adjusted to a future date under any circumstances.

Private AP PG Medical – 2019 Online Application

PROCEDURE TO APPLICATION 1. Open the website _______________________________ Home page displayed as follows.

2. Click on the Online Registration.

3. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details to register.

4. After entering the details click on validate button.

5. If all the details you entered is correct, You will receive the Registration number.

Please Note the Registration number for further correspondence.

6. Then enter Testing Id and the Registration number for updating the details of the candidate

and click on Validate Button.

8. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated

till all the data you entered is correct. Then click on Save and Pay Button to proceed

for payment. Once paid you will not get any refund. Hence, you are requested to double

check the eligibility conditions yourself and pay the fee.

12. Click OK Button. You will get your filled application form take printout of this form and affix a

recent passport size photo on the space provided and submit the form at the time of certificate

verification.

Do's and Don'ts

Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers with Internet Explorer 11

version.

Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.

Avoid using slow internet facility.

Keep your mobile with you while Applying and do not block SMS.

The candidate should paste a passport size photograph which is similar

to that applied for NEET-PG 2019 / NEET MDS – 2019 in the space provided

in the print out of online application form and submit at the time of original

certificates verification.

Registration Fee:

The registration fee is Rs.3500/- + 18% GST (Rs.4130)(Bank transaction

charges extra).

Verification Fee for candidates studied outside the AP/TS

State and Abroad:

Verification Fee: In addition to the above said registration fee the

candidates who acquired their Under Graduate Degree outside the State

or Country/Abroad and got their certificates registered with Medical

Council of India / Dental Council of India and applying for admission

into Post Graduate Medical/Dental Degree/Diploma courses under this

University, shall pay a verification fee of Rs.7,000/- + 18% GST for

Degree certificates acquired Abroad and Rs.3,000/- + 18% GST for the

Degrees acquired by the candidates from the States other than Andhra

Pradesh & Telangana.

The candidate should sign at the declaration area in the print out

of the online application form to be submitted at the time of verification

of original certificates.

Verification of Original Certificates: The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled - in online

application form along with two sets of attested copies of required

certificates at the verification centre, Dr. NTR University of Health

Sciences, Vijayawada.

The candidates shall pay Rs.2500/- + 18% GST (Rs.2950/- ) as

Processing Fee.

Note: The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for

admission to PG Degree / Diploma / MDS courses unless the

print-out application form along with the requisite enclosures is

submitted at the time of verification of original certificates.

Merit Lists:

The Merit Position of the candidates those who applied through

online in response to the notification issued by Dr. NTR University of

Health Sciences for Management Quota Seats shall be determined

by NEET – PG – 2019/ NEET – MDS – 2019 scores and as per their

eligibility criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines viz:

As per PG Medical / Dental Regulations of Medical Council of India

/ Dental Council of India, the candidates who secure minimum of

marks notified by the NBE.

The University will release final merit position of eligible candidates

for exercising web options after verification of original certificates at

the verification centre, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences,

Vijayawada.

Management Quota Seats (as per G.O.Ms.No.70, HM&FW (C1) Dept., Dt: 03-05-

2017 as amended in G.O.Ms.No.75, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 05-05-2017:

50% of Seats in each speciality in each college are Management

Quota Seats.

The Management Quota Seats are categorised into Management

Quota Sub – Category – 1 – 25%, Management Quota Sub –

Category – 2 (NRI/NRI Sponsored) – 15% and Management Quota

Sub – Category – 3 (Institutional Preference) – 10%.

For Management Quota Sub – Category – 1 – (25%). Candidates from

all the states and union territories of India are eligible.

For Management Quota Sub – Category – 2 – (15% of total intake):

shall be filled with Foreign students, NRI candidates and NRI

sponsored candidates on the basis of interse-merit among the

applicants qualified in NEET PG / MDS-2019.

For Management Quota Sub – Category – 3 – (10% of total intake):

shall be filled with the candidates sponsored by the Managements of

the Private Un – Aided Non – Minority Medical / Dental Colleges

having Post Graduate Course in the State of Andhra Pradesh as per

the orders of Hon’ble Division Bench of High Court of Andhra

Pradesh in W.P.M.P.No.20965 of 2017 in W.P.No.17118 of 2017.

The candidates shall submit institutional Sponsorship letter from

one college only.

*There are No Reservations for SC / ST, BC / OBC in all the

Categories of the Management Quota Seats. Fee Structure:

University Fee:

a) All the selected candidates shall pay the Non – Refundable University Fee

of Rs.49,500/- for Medical & Dental courses.

Tuition Fee (as per G.O.Ms.No.72, HM&FW (C1) Dept., dated 03-05-2017

PG – Medical Courses:

b) Tuition Fee for Management quota seats (Sub-Category 1):All Broad

specialties: a) Pre-clinical Degree /Diploma Courses -Rs.3,96,900/-per annum

b) Para-clinical Degree /Diploma Courses- Rs.7,60,725/-per annum

c) Clinical Degree/ Diploma Courses - Rs.26,68,050/-per annum

c) Tuition Fee for management quota seats (Sub-Category 2& 3):All Broad specialties: Degree Courses / Diploma Courses: not exceeding 3 times of b & C above.

Note: The course wise / college wise fee for Sub – Category – 2 & 3 will be displayed in the website http://ntruhs.ap.nic.in in due course.

PG – Dental Courses:

d) Tuition Fee for Management quota seats (Sub-Category 1): All Broad

specialties:

a) Para-Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.7,71,750/-per annum

b) Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.11,02,500/-per annum

e) Tuition Fee for Management quota seats (Sub-Category 2 & 3):

All Broad specialties:

a) Para-Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.8,82,000/-per annum

b) Clinical Degree Courses - Rs.16,53,750/-per annum

Note: Para – Clinical Degrees includes Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine & Radiology

All the selected candidates shall submit Bank Guarantee to the

respective college for Tuition Fee chargeable for the remaining period of the

course.

Note: As per the Interim Orders of Hon’ble High Court in WP Nos.130,131, 132 &

17102 of 2017 the candidates alloted to the Private Un-Aided Non-Minority

Medical/Dental Colleges shall pay 50% of the Tuition fee fixed for the respective

course / Specilaty as notified and submit Bond for the rest of the amount, subject

to the outcome of the WPs.

The candidates selected into MD/MS/Diploma (only PG Medical Courses)

shall work for one year as “Senior Resident” in the Institution where they pursued

the course.

The selected candidates will be paid stipend @ Rs.30,000/-per month for

Medical Courses and @ Rs.25,000/- per month for Dental courses.

Documents to be submitted along with Application Form at

the Time of Verification of Original Certificates.

specified in the Regulations.

9. Copy of Permanent Registration Certificate with State Medical Council / MCI in respect of candidates obtained Foreign Degree.

10. NRI Sponsorship Letter (if applied for Sub-Category 2 as per the Anexure II). Proof of documents to be submitted

Declaration (given at Annexure-II in the Prospectus) on White Paper signed by

both the candidate and NRI alongwith evidential documents such as Green

Card/Citizenship Card/Bank Statements/Pass-port issued by the respective

Country/Electricity Bill/Gas Bill /Water Bill.(Visa / Driving license will not be
