Summary
During the months of July and August, 2011, a reconnaissance sampling and prospecting swvey was conducted over the East Block owned by Strike Gold Corp. with ~ pJaced on the Green Camp Stock area of the Satterly Lake Property located east of Red Lake in North-western Ontario. This program was designed to investigate and infill information from the prospecting and MM1 soils swvey carried out in 201 Ot to fi.n1:her locate any gold anomalies fOtmd during that program. This report covers this new sampling SUIVey separate from the MNII swvey that was also expanded on and included in a separate report.
The Satterly Lake Property is located approximately 100 kilometers east-northeast of Red Lake, Ontario. It is composed of two claim blocks in the Red Lake Mining District on the Shabwneni Lake Area (G1881) and Satterly Lake Area (G1874) claim maps located on NTS sheet 52N/07 and 52N/08. Block 1 is comprised of five claims totalling 79 contiguous staked mits covering 1,264 hectares. Block 2 straddles the Shabwneni Lake-Satterly Lake map bowuJary covering 336 haover 21 units in two claim blocks.
Newly picket lines were cut in between gaps in the 2010 grid so that any fi.n1:her significant MMI results could be geo-referenced to previous work. U1M NAD 83 coordinates were used for compilation and presentation pmposes, and all work is geo-referenced to the Ontario Lands base maps for the area (OBMmaps).
The 2011, the bedrock sampling swvey was conducted in areas of known exposure where past results indicated higher gold potential Most of the known prospective zones are located in the northwest quadrant of the easterly Block of claims, on or to the north and northeast of the Green Camp Intrusive quartz-feldspar pmphyzy stock. 156 rock samples were taken along with an additional 26 channel samples from existing channel cuts that looked highly promising for gold
The rock sampling program indicated at least 14 channel cuts that were significant in gold and another 33 from grab samples at various locations mainly from the pits and trenches in the northwest sector of the property (See Fig. 3 - Sample Locations). All the significant samples were located on claim 4222858 covering the Green Camp and Green Camp North trenches and pits (designated as Area #2).
Introduction and Terms ofReference
In July and August, 2011, Strike Gold Corp. contracted the author, John C. Archibald, P.Geo. of Lasir Gold, to conduct a reconnaissance rock sampling swvey as a follow-up to the 2010 program carried out by Gary Smith of Devon Corp. It was contemplated that this swvey would be used to expand the worlc of Mr. Smith and allow a more detailed look at other areas of the property before deciding on the next phase of work and program that may be contemplated
The author conducted an on-site field investigation and supervised the field crews and sampling procedures during the period July 16th. to Sept. 4th, 2011. Operating from Green's Camps on Birch
1.
Lake, the rock sampling was located by prospecting and GPS traversing from local Topographical maps and MNDM assessment :file data (MDI and GDIF Folio's). Once sites were established, samples were noted, descnbed and GPS locates done. Samples were bagged, tagged, sealed and transferred to the living quarters where they were kept tmder lock and key for sectnicy reasons mtil they could be flown out and delivered to SGS Labs in Red Lake.
The author was contracted by Strike Gold Cotp. on July 1, 2011 to carry out a reconnaissance rock sampling, channel sampling and follow-up MMI geochemical soils survey over portions of the company's Satterly Lake property (East Block- Fig.3). The results of this rock sampling program is presented here. The author has had over ten yeas experience in working in the Red Lake District and has been involved in overburden and basal till sampling, tailings recovery progrnms, geological mapping and bedrock sampling as well as grotmd geophysical surveys on properties having similar terrain and overburden depths.

Property Ownership
Strike Gold Corp. holds the Property under an option agreement with Perry English of Souris, Manitoba and Rubicon Minemls Corporation, a corporation having an office at Suite 1540, 800 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 2V6.
Accessibility, Climate and Local Resources
The Satterly Lake property is accessible by float or ski-equipped aircraft from the town of Red Lake, Ontario, 102 kilometers to the east-northeast. Logging roads from Ear Falls to South Bay Mine, approximately 76 kilometers, provide snow machine access during winter conditions to 23 kilometers of lake-ice and portage trails. This winter trail system traverses Confederation Lake, Swain Lake and the southwest end of Birch Lake.
The physiography of the region is typical of the Canadian Shield with many lakes and streams, a cover of mixed-hardwood and spruce forest over low, rolling hills with <40m relief In lower areas are often occupied by swamps. Bedrock ridges are common throughout much of the area and form prominent features that greatly affect local drainage.
The relief on the property is gently rolling with numerous low amplitude ridges and valleys. Overburden is typically less than lOm.with much ofthe area covered by 1-2m. of overburden and glacial tills. The drainage pattern in the area of the soils survey trends north to north-east, which is subparallel to the direction of the last glacial scouring to affect the area (E-N-E).
The climate is a mid-continent, northern environment, with -20oC (average) winters. The winter field season for geophysics and drilling may require lake-ice that is available from late December to late March or early April. However, ice roads suitable for moving heavy equipment are usually only possible from late January to mid-March. The summer field season begins in late April to early May via float-planes landing on the lakes. Float-equipped aircraft can operate from late May to well into October. The weather is typically humid in summer with temperatures in the 20C to high 30Crange.
4
Ridges are generally populated by black spruce, jack pine, poplar and aspen, with sparse spruce, tamarack and sphagnum mosses in the low and marshy areas. More mature areas are often covered with deadfall and "blow-down".
Persons Involved in the Survey
The overall swvey was supervised by the author, John C. Archibald, P.Geo of 168 Bowood Ave. Toronto, Ontario, M4N 1 Y6. The field sampling crew was supervised on-site by Luc Gagnon, an experienced bushman who has had sampling, soil sampling, channel sampling, linecutting and GPS/staking background and who was trained by the author in MMI sampling procedures.
The field crew were:
John Archibald, P.Geo.
D.J .Darrah, Geotech
Luc Gagnon, Geotech David Clement , Geotech
The field portion of the follow-up program for both the rock, channel sampling and MMI soils swvey was carriedoutduringJuly and August, 2011 (July 16-Sept.4, 2011).

History of Exploration Work on Property
1939 The Green Camp and Green Camp North prospects were discovered and staked by M. Benedict who also conducted a considerable amount of stripping and trenching in the area Specific results are not known.
1947 McKenzie Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd. diamond drilled 9 holes totalling 977 m at the claim boundary between mining claims KRL 28363 and 28364 on the Superstition Lake prospect The best values returned were 3.08 grams per tonne in gold over 1.5 metres of core length
1969 A. McGregor (McGregor Telephone and Power Construction Co.) contracted Canadian Aero Mineral Surveys Ltd. to fly airborne electromagnetic, magnetic and gamma-ray spectrometer surveys over a large group of claims which encompassed the Green Camp Prospect.
1970 Hudson Bay Oil and Gas Co. Ltd. conducted ground follow-up of airborne anomalies. This work included ground electromagnetic and magnetic surveys, soil geochemical surveys and some trenching primarily for base metals.
1984 St. Joe Canada Inc. optioned claims in the area and conducted stripping, geological mapping and a ground magnetic survey.
1984 Kidd Creek Mines Ltd. flew an airborne magnetic and electromagnetic geophysical survey over the Superstition Lake area after optioning the prospect from Loydex Resources Inc. Eight drill holes for 509 metres was also drilled to test the geophysical conductors. No assay results were submitted with the assessment work filed.
1985 St. Joe conducted ground magnetic and induced polarization geophysical surveys and remapped the geology. Three holes for 390 metres was drilled on the Green North Occtrrrence with the best results being 3.4 grams per tonne over I metre in width. Another 37 holes were drilled on the Green Camp Prospect for 5298 metres and results were not reported until 1990 when Noranda Exploration filed the data.
1986 St. Joe flew airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys over the property. Kidd Creek Mines Ltd diamond drilled 8 holes totalling 509.8 m on claims KRL 72(]266 and 72(]271 covering the Superstition Lake Prospect.
1987 St. Joe diamond drilled 24 holes totalling 3382.05 m. Subsequently St. Joe changed its name to Bond Gold Canada Inc. Assay results from drilling of the Green Camp North showing yielded up to 1.37 grams per tonne Au over 117 metres.
1988 St. Joe completed 1 :2500 scale outcrop mapping ofThe Rice Bay Property.
1990 Noranda Exploration Co. Ltd. acquired the Green Camp prospect from Bond Gold Canada Inc. and conducted geological mapping and humus and soil geochemical surveys.
1991 Noranda conducted stripping, sampling and mapping on the Green Camp prospect. 1992 Bond Gold Canada changed its name to Lac Minerals Ltd
S1995 The majority of the Lac Minerals Ltd claim group lapsed.
1998 Cross Lake Minerals acquired the area covering the two Green Camp showings and completed over 23 line kilometers of indUced polarization swvey over the northwest portion of the clairils. Anomalies that were detected by this swvey were not tested or drilled.

The rock sampling wm carried out undecthe supervision of Jolm C. Archibald, P.Geo., who has bad 35 years of sampling experience in the field on many greenstone volcanic areas of Ontario. The primary indication in this area of gold mineralization are the alteration features that include silicification, albitization, sericitization, chloritization, carbonitization and vmying amount of sulphide content within a number of host rocks found in this immediate area. The presence of a large pluton of gnmodiorite (the Green Camp Stock whicll may ab;o be an alteRd Quartz Feldspar Porphyiy) ~ cootaining abundant disseminated pyrite that carries low gold vahJes plays well with finding other such mineralized showings in the area. Gold has been fmmd previously in all cypes ofmetasedimentary and metavolcanic units in the area including a nwnber of the intrusive units which include the diorites, feldspar porphyries, gabbros and ultramafic peridoties/pyroxenites.
The prospecting portion of the progmm was to relocate and m-sample a number of the known sho~ pits, trenches and outrmps that had been indicared during previous surveys. The cbannel sampling was carried out over one metre intervals along previously sampkxl cuts to verifY the better sampling areas.
Sample CoJ1ection, Security and Analysis
The rock and channel samples were collected mainly in the vi~ of the previous sampling and MMI program (2010) in an area known as Area #2located on, north and northeast of the Green Camp Stock. All samples were taken and "bagged" according to "Best Practice" procedures by the author or the senior geoteclmician under implicit ins1ructions as how to bag, tag, describe and secure each sample.
Samples were carried back each night to the cabin at Green's camp, laid out and descnbed, bagged in lockable rice sacks and kept secure until the retmn flight to Red Lake to drop them personally off at SGS Labs. Sample shipping bags were sealed and delivered to SGS Lab in Red Lake, Ontario (SGS Canada Inc.) thus not requiring a Chain of Custody Form to be signed by each party along the route.
6
The author believes that the security measures taken to ensure the validity and integrity of samples taken, are to the highest industry standards.
Upon arrival at the lab, the rock samples are entered into SGS Laboratories Local Information System (LIMS). The samples are dried, if necessary and then crushed to -8mesh, riftle split, a 250to 400 gram cut is taken and pulverized to 90o/o-150 mesh, and then matted to ensure homogeneity.
Silica sand is used to clean out the pulverizing dishes between each sample to prevent cross contamination. A homogeneous sample is then frred in the fire assay lab. The sample is mixed witha lead based flux and fused for an appropriate length of time. The fusing process results is a lead button, which is then placed in a cupelling furnace where all of the lead is absorbed by the cupel and a silver bead, which contains any gold, platinum and palladium, is left in the cupel. The cupel is removed from the furnace and allowed to cool. Once the cupel has cooled sufficiently, the silver bead is placed in an appropriately labeled small test tube and digested using a 1 :3 ration of nitric acid to hydrochloric acid. The samples are bulked up with 1.0 millilliters of distilled de-ionized water and 1.0 mls of 1% digestedlanthanum solution. The total volume is 3.0 millilliters. The samples cool and are vortexed. The contents areallowed to settle. Once the samples have settled they are analyzed for gold, platinum and palladium using atomic absmption spectroscopy. The atomic absmption spectroscopy unit is calibrated for each element using the appropriate ISO 9002 certified standards in an air-acetylene flame. The results forthe atomic absotption are checked by the technician and then forwarded to data entry by means of electronic transfer and a certificate is produced. The Laboratory Manager checks the data and validates it if it is error free. The results are then forwarded to the client by fax, email, floppy or zip disk, or by hardcopy in the mail. NOTE: This method may be altered according to the client's demands. All changes in the method will be discussed with the client and approved by the laboratory manager.
Quality Control
SGS Laboratories employs an internal quality control system that tracks certified reference materials and in-house quality assurance standards. SGS Laboratories uses a combination of reference materials, including reference materials purchased from CANMET, standards created in-house by the laboratory, and certified calibration standards. Should any of the standards not fall withinan acceptable range, re-assays will be performed with a new certified reference material. The number of re-assays depends on how far the certified reference material falls outside it's acceptable range. The lab routinely puts in their own standards and duplicates every 25th sample in line as a standard practice to double check against errors occurring within the system.
Additionally, SGS Laboratories verifies the accuracy of any measuring or dispensing device (i.e. scales, dispensers, pipettes, etc.) on a daily basis and are corrected as required.
SGS Labs in Red Lake and Toronto, are certified by the appropriate ISO standards association for their procedures.
The lab prepared their own quality control measures and employed check assay and other check analytical and testing procedures according to their respective ISO standards. No corrective actions were deemed by the author to be necessary.
The author is, therefore, of the opinion that the sampling, sample preparation, security and analytical procedures are of the highest quality and adequacy.

Numerous highly anomalous gold values were detected on the Green Camp and Green CampNorth prospects during the July-August sampling program. Note that a number of the samples occurred in batches or consecutive m.nnbers which indicates that several areas were more actively carriers of gold that others. In particu1a:r sample nwnbers from 378203 to 378225 (highest value being 4.56 gms.lton) were elevated as were samples 1201001 to 1201005 (highest value being 2.46 gms.lton), rock samples from 1201055 to 1201059 (highest value being 3.01 gms.lton), most of the channel cuts taken over the Green Camp Stock hill area with numbers from 1201103 t 1201126 (fue highest being 7. 74 gms.lton in Au) and lastly the samples from 378107 to 378132 ( 1he highest value being 2.56 gms. I ton Au)
The chart below shows the anomalous gold values along with the sample numbers, GPS Locations, and significant descriptive characteristics. The whole progrnm produced over 156 rock samples, 174 geochemical soil samples (of which 19 were rejected for being either on bedrock or in vezy deep wet organic material ( + 1 m. depths) and 26 were charmel cuts. Most of the better samples were collected from sites located on claim 4222858, on or proximal to the Green Camp Stock located in the northwest corner of the 5-claim block (East Block).

Interpretation of Anomalous Values and Recommendations for Further Exploration
The anomalous gold results indicate the presence of a wide-spread, low-grade, near surface gold system with narrow high-grade gold ocurrences. At number of the sites, the main characterization of the rock indicated shearing or a high degree of foliation, the presence of sulphides of mainly disseminated cubic pyrite, a significant amount of silicification and crosscutting of foliation directions by quartz-carbonate veining and the presence of alteration by products such as chlorite, sericite and carbonate. The best and highest values were found within the altered metavolcanic and meta-sedimentary units north of the Green Camp Stock in quartzrich segregations and banding within the east-west foliation direction around the north rim of the diorite intrusive. This may be a late stage hydrothermal re-deposition of the gold with sulphides.
The channel sampling assays confmn low to significant grade gold values in an area along the northwest part of the known intrusive diorite structure where increased mineralization (disseminated cubic pyrite) and shearing/foliation of the quart feldspar porphyry is evident Exposures here are minimal and more work using backhoe stripping and outcrop washing will be necessary to map and determine the significance and areal extent of the mineralized zone.
Gold Canyon Resources has encountered significant low-grade gold drill intersections on their Springpole Lake project located 12 kilometers to the east Their press releases have reported:
SP10-012, 0.79 glt over 133 metres SP10-016, 1.03 glt over 305 metres SP10-019, 1.44 glt over 307 metres SP 10-022, 1.45 gltover223 metres
It is postulated that the Green Camp and Green Camp North prospects host widespread anomalous gold values potentially similar in grade to the Gold Canyon gold occurrence located 12 kilometres to the east.
An integrated program of detailed MMI sampling, backhoe stripping, power washing of anomalous gold areas located under shallow (1 metre) overburden, channel sampling, ground geophysics surveys and diamond drilling is warranted as part of the next phase of exploration work in this area.
