Encourage LGUs to participate in PPP and other modalities for local infrastructure development
- Roll out revised PPP/BOT manual for local governments and key cities to support rapid implementation of infrastructure projects in support of priority sectors e.g., tourism, agribusiness- Improve farm-to-market roads, postharvest facilities

Implement programs to assist MSMEs - Microfinance
- Microinsurance
Strengthen LGUs’ agricultural extension and training services for farmers

Assist LGUs in generating information for promoting investments
- Use of LGU business registration information for business matching
- Methodology for quick area-based information/statistics, proxy statistics to measure provincial GDP/ to gauge local economic activity
- Develop with business groups framework for regular private sector (e.g. local chambers and LGU interaction to discuss issues and plans on investment-related projects)
