bicycle and pedestrian projects for the Waco region between 2021 and 2024
Includes Engineering, Right of Way Acquisition and Construction Phases
Also includes Public Transportation Services
Provides regional approval for federal and state highway & transit expenditures Required for all regionally significant projects

Project Requirements To be included in the TIP:
All projects must be identified in the Waco Metropolitan Transportation Plan (2045 MTP)
All projects must have a commitment for 100% of necessary funding during TIP timeframe
Right of Way projects must have necessary engineering studies complete
Construction projects must have right of way acquisition in progress and engineering studies complete
