Edgewater is warm, inviting, vibrant, and neighborly; one of the most desired residential communities in Madison County

Definitions:

Warm: showing or feeling kindness and friendliness

Inviting: suggesting or offering pleasure or enjoyment

Vibrant: full of life, energy or activity

Neighborly: friendly, helpful, & kind, especially to a neighbor

Desired: wished for or requested

Goals:• Support a high residential quality of life • Provide visually appealing, safe and inviting

environment, grounds and facilities • Provide members of EOA with financial security

(peace of mind) through diligent budgeting and forecasting of future association costs

(What the BOD does)

The BOD earns value for the Association by:

- encouraging and enhancing a sense of community;

- protecting and enhancing property values for residents;

- maintaining and improving the infrastructure, facilities, equipment and property of the Association; and by

- conserving resources, protecting the environment and promoting a high residential quality of life

all in a fiscally responsible and balanced manner
