MAIN ENTRY
The proposed new entrance to the stadium will consist of
a large entry gate and canopy intended to create a sense
of arrival. Included in the proposed entry gate will be a
new ticket booth to sever visitors. As part of a strategy to
have stadium services distributed throughout the stadium
on both sides of the new entry will be new bathrooms
facilities and a concession booth. These service will be
available to visitors within the stadium from the proposed
adjacent plaza. Within the plaza will be a new area to
house existing memorial and dedication plaques honoring
those who once played at the stadium.

CONCOURSE LEVEL
The proposed concourse level located behind the top
row of seating on both sides of the stadium will provide
a great space for people to stretch their legs and to watch
the game. This level will allow attendees to directly access
the bathrooms and concessions. Located at this level will
also be an expanded and enclosed press box space for
use by teams. Also at the concourse level will be new
wheelchair accessible seating areas which the stadium
currently does not have.

GROUND LEVEL
At ground level below the proposed concourse will be the
new team locker facilities. These new facilities will contain
team locker/meeting rooms, showers, and new coaches
and offi cials’ lockers. The new team facilities will connect
directly to the fi eld via a new tunnel allowing teams and
coaches to enter and exit directly onto the fi eld.
Also located at the ground level main entrance will be
additional bathroom facilities along with a concessions
stand and new ticket booth. This new plaza and entry will
provide a great area to view the game and a place to con-
gregate during games.

GROUND LEVEL
At ground level on the visitors side are the same team
facilities as found on the home side of the stadium. Along
with the team facilities there will be a secondary ticket
booth and gate to access the stadium for visitors arriv-
ing at the Stadium from the North Plaza. The proposed
North Plaza will also contain a new bus drop lane which
will allow team members to unload and go directly to
their lockers. The bus drop lane and plaza will also accom-
modate the marching band and cheerleaders arriving on
game day..

GROUND LEVEL
As part of this study we considered what it would take to
include a new baseball team support building on the site.
This new team building would provide new locker rooms
to both home and visitor teams. It would also include
coaches offi ce, offi cials locker rooms, and a new training
area for the team.
CONCOURSE LEVEL
On top of the new baseball team support building would
be an occupiable roof which would act as an extension of
baseball stadium’s concourse. This new concourse exten-
sion would link up to the new football stadium’s con-
course and allow for visitors to view games on both fi elds.
