Project Plan

Project Plan & Timelines:

A detailed project plan will be prepared by Zafong and discussed, shared & approved by Mr.

Mohamed Bility. On confirmation, The Website development would start 1 to 2 weeks from the date

of confirmed PO / work order.

Execution Approach:

Following is the planned sequence of activities as minimum for creation, development, running,

amendment & maintenance of web design:

Organization

Zafong proposes the following project organization:

Mr. Mohamed Bility would nominate ONE project coordinator from the beginning of

requirement gathering phase.

Zafong would appoint a dedicated project team and a dedicated Project Manager for this site.

Mr. Mohamed Bility’s project coordinator and Zafong Project Manager would act as single point

of contacts. Zafong project manager would communicate with Mr. Mohamed Bility Team

through the Mr. Mohamed Bility’s project coordinator.

Zafong Project Manager would deliver the application releases to Mr. Mohamed Bility ’s project

coordinator.

Mr. Mohamed Bility is responsible for conducting the UAT with test data. However, Zafong will

carry out successful test run before delivery to ensure web total functions are without any

anomalies.

Zafong project manager would depute suitable personnel for offsite activities such as

Requirement gathering Phase and or UAT Implementation Phase if required.

Communication Model

Zafong proposes the following communication model:

Zafong development team to communicate with Zafong Project Manager. Zafong Project

Manager to communicate with Mr. Mohamed Bility’s Project coordinators.

Phone calls to act as backup in the event of problems with mail communication.

All mail correspondences to be copied to Zafong Project Manager and Mr. Mohamed Bility ’s

Project Coordinator.

Teleconferences to be held weekly / around milestones between Zafong Project Team and Mr.Mohamed Bility’s Project related issues / updates to be shared in such teleconferences. Minutes

of these teleconferences to be shared with Mr. Mohamed Bility’s coordinator and Zafong Project

team.

Weekly report on the Progress will be submitted to Mr. Mohamed Bility’s projects Coordinator

on tasks completed during last week and planned task next week, with any area of concern for

reference of both parties.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

The UAT would be carried out by the designated personnel of Mr. Mohamed Bility against the

signed off SRS document provided during the initial stages of the development. However, Zafong

will carry out successful test run before delivery to ensure web total functions are without any

anomalies. At the end of UAT the report to be forwarded back to Zafong by Mr. Mohamed Bility to

fix issues if any.

Sign-off

Mr. Mohamed Bility would provide sign-off after conducting the UAT as per the acceptance

criteria.

If Mr. Mohamed Bility reports any bugs during UAT, Zafong would fix these bugs and deliver

the updated application for UAT. If Mr. Mohamed Bility were to report a complex bug

during UAT, Zafong would mutually agree on the additional time taken to fix such complex

bugs.

If no comments were received from Mr. Mohamed Bility within three weeks (immediately

following Zafong delivery and including the planned time for UAT and Bug fixes), Zafong

would deem that Mr. Mohamed Bility has accepted the application delivery.

Any Issue that is raised post agreed UAT duration would be treated as additional work and

will be charged.

Warranty Support

Subsequent to the UAT sign-off, Zafong would provide Offsite warranty support Free for one

calendar month.

Scope of Work

1.

To create a web portal, android & iOS apps professionally as per the requirements by the

client Mr. Mohamed Bility or his nominated person.

2.

This website and apps will be used to showcase the services of Mr. Mohamed Bility’s

company with standard necessities.

3.

Local and International users can view and track the goods details in a clear and

professional manner and they can approach using the contact form which Zafong going to

enable in the website

4.

Zafong will create best professional designs and share couple of UI designs and send to

client Mr. Mohamed Bility for approval. After selection of the design, up to 3 design

iterations can be done on the finalized design. After approval from client Mr. Mohamed

Bility, Zafong will start the development items.

5.

Site UI will render fine in latest version of all browsers (IE9+, Firefox, chrome, safari etc.)

Assumptions:

Once the UI design is approved by the client, there won’t be any major changes in the

design.

The images or graphics necessary (like Logo) for arriving at the UI as per the requirement

will be provided by client or we can develop it for free.

Yearly Site Maintenance will be done to the client with additional monthly charges (If

required).

Integrating with any other system or software or application

Exporting Or Importing of models or criteria or rules to use across user profiles
