Water cycling system consists with water pool, pump, generator, cooling tower, pipes, valves and so on. There are two types of carbon materials used in the electrode volume part, carbon electrode in the top part and prebaked carbon paste in the bottom. Carbon electrode costs, as I had stated is 1KG, and for the prebaked carbon paste, we can ignore the cost normally since there is nearly no use up compared to carbon electrode.

ROJECT PROCEDURE AND PLAN

Project procedure and plan are show as following:

Production equipment consistence and plant house

Two 1000KVA furnace in one plant, which mainly include four parts, as power

system, calcinations system, water cycling and charging & feeding system. Dedusting

system is excluded.

Power system

Two 1025KVA transformers with H & L voltage cabinets, cable and lines, power

equipment for water pumps

Calcinations system

Two 1000KVA furnace with steel structure, with dimensions of 12*6*18m,

approximately 80T of 500*350*16mm H-steel needed. One furnace needs 20 T steel,

with additional 5T of corresponding equipment. Totally 130T steel needed for two

furnaces.

Four single electrodes equipped (2 for spares)

Water cycling

There is also cooling wall equipped for proper cooling protection. water cycling

system include water 1 pool, 1 pump house, 3 water pumps needed (1 for spare), and

water pipes.

Charging & feeding system

Two 250 size Bucket Elevator, 2 speed reduce, 3 sets of 55KW motor (1 for

spare), 2 sets of 5T hoists and 4 charging cabinets.

Construction materials list will confirm and specified after physical negotiation.
