As my target audience’s interests include going to parties and music and enjoy reading up on media, I believe these

features will appeal to them and they will be able to identify with these features,

especially with the information given on album reviews.

Not necessarily music magazine names that suggest the Pop music genre, however, the ethos of the magazine can be seen through a bold font type and vibrant colours which give off a Pop genre mood.

When looking through other music magazines, these types of images came up very often, therefore I want to use these types of images as I feel it is a convention that would suit and conform to my music magazine’s contents.

Many of the sample I used for my questionnaire adhered to these interests so I believe it is easier to attract this audience as I have analysed their interests and preferences

From the audiences preferences, I believe that these stories conform what they would like to read about

From what is common on Pop music magazines, an artists success is what is focuses on, therefore I believe this main story will work nicely with my music magazine

Bring a matureness to the magazine through the typography, however other elements such as the colour of the font can be colourful to adhere to the pop genre.

TITLE PLANNING When doing my reader profile, I was experimenting with colours on Photoshop and layered 3 different colours of my title to achieve the top title (combination of 2nd and 3rd masthead), which I believe adheres to my music magazine as the title stands out through the vibrant colours which links to Pop as a popular and well-known music genre.
