FINANCIAL PLANNING AGREEMENT This Proposal is not a formal agreement and is designed to be a presentation piece for illustrative purposes
only. The financial planning agreement will list all services and duties of both the financial planner and client in
the contract. The contract will state specific payment amounts, terms and timing of payments for services.

COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES
FEE-ONLY
A Fee-Only financial advisor is one who is compensated solely by the client with neither the advisor nor any
related party receiving compensation that is contingent on the purchase or sale of a financial product.
OverShare Advice and Planning, LLC will not accept or receive commissions, rebates, awards, finder’s fees,
bonuses or other forms of compensation from others as a result of a client’s implementation of the individual’s
planning recommendations.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FLEXIBILITY
OverShare Advice and Planning, LLC may engage with clients through a flexible approach of providing either or
both investment advisory services and financial planning services. For investment advisory and investment
management services, a set fee rate based on a percentage of the assets under management is assessed
typically on a quarterly schedule. Separately, a fixed ongoing financial planning fee, one-time flat fee or
project-based hourly fees may be charged to a client determined by the selection of services by the client and
need of services offered by OverShare Advice and Planning, LLC. A disclosure of fees for services will be
documented and communicated to Clients.
COMMITMENT TO COMPLIANCE Our commitment to compliance weaves throughout our planning process. Each plan is reviewed for accuracy
and the ethical presentation of information. Clients are encouraged to always read and review all contracts,
documents, prospectuses. Ask for clarification and explanation on any items that would be helpful to discuss.

YOUR FINANCIAL PLANNER Mike Kurz, CIMA®, CFP®, CAIA, CPWA® Chief Executive Officer – Financial Planner Mike has spent 20 years in the corporate world of Wealth Management in counselling Investors and Financial
Advisors. His professional experience includes coaching on investment advisory programs, private equity,
hedging strategies along with formalized Financial Planning and he often speaks at wealth management
events, conferences and workshops.
Mike shares that, "The greatest pleasure in helping others
encompasses using technical knowledge strengthened by creativity
and shared experiences to inspire my audience to develop their
personal call to action."
Education and Certifications
Mike earned his B.B.A in Finance at Midwestern State University and is an Investment Advisory Representative.
In addition, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM designee, Certified Investment Management Analyst®
professional, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designee and a Certified Private Wealth Advisor®
professional. Mike previously served as the founder and President of the North Texas Investment

Have Fun - Stay Young! Outside of the boardroom or classroom, Mike rides dirt bikes for fun, and enjoys cycling on both mountain
bikes and road bikes. In addition, Mike is proud to be a voting member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
Mike and his wife Melinda are 16-year residents of Frisco and have enjoyed raising their two children and
family dog “Baxter” in this growing North Texas community.
