PROPHET Profiling services – Helping leaders implement strategy through high performing teams For nearly two decades we have run development initiatives, advising major international companies and Private Equity backed businesses on developing key business relationship skills and developing high performing teams. PROPHET’s core service has four phases, which can be run as a programme or selected individually. The four phases are:

Phase 1: Senior Team Effectiveness Session – we profile each individual and run a highly engaging and insightful team session, based around a group insight report. This is designed to be run by the lead team of an organisation, business unit or function. This is particularly relevant for teams embarking on a new strategy or coming together for the first time. Further group sessions or a development programme may be requested.

Phase 2: Engaging the Wider Team – we profile the senior population within that business or department and run events at the annual conference or strategy launch to build collective insight and engagement. This insight is revisited with the HR sponsor and the senior team to help shape the implementation of the strategy.

Phase 3: Team by Team Cascade – we work with each of the senior team members to help them use the PROPHET insights to develop high performance and embed the new strategy.

Phase 4: Critical Skills Development – subject to identified needs, we run development courses in key areas of relationships, such as business partnering and developing high performing teams.
