ABSTRACT
The soils in semi -arid Mediterranean environment have low, leof organic matter and strong degradation processes .
Some residue from mills which produces alperujo that conteinvegetable water olive solids and others componets so containhigh percentage of organic matter
In this paper they evaluate the effect of applying arpelujo duriseven years and how varies the density, structural stability andporosimetry in a Luvisol Cutnico soils.

They found that the application of arpelujo ,
increases structural stability, total pore volume athe apparent density decreases .

LUVISOLES
Its fertile soils high in silt susceptible to strucdeterioration if they are carved in wet condand / or heavy machinery.
In the Mediterranean region, the upper parts oslope are used as extensive grassland, crops or or other woody (eg, olive trees, almond tvineyards, etc..).

HOW IMPROVE SOIL FERTILITY?.
Improving soil structure, increasing the water hocapacity, better mobilization of ground elementsthe best use of trees, nutrient itself, etc ... are a d
result of these contributions of organic amendmto prevent erosion and to improve the capacity awater use.

METHODSThey used luvisol Cutnico that containis 19.8%, 19.7% and 60.5% clay, silt and sand,
respectivelyExperimental design in randomized blocks with three replicates per treatment, selecteddoses: 30 and 60 Mg arpelujo Ha-1 (T1 and T2) and a control (T0) whitout nothing.

Arpelujo Continued application leads to a decrease of the density values (DA) in T1 (13%
T2 (27%).
Alperujo applying a significant increase in the structural stability values (44% and 62% f
and T2, respectively).
Although a significant increase in all the ranges considered, it is noteworthy and increarecorded in the pore volume in each of the ranges considerable.

CONCLUSIONS
Alperujo Continued application of 60 mg ha-1 yr-1, give beneeffects on the fiscal properties: apparent density, structuralstability and pore volume.
Alperujo Continued application helps decrease the deterioraphysical properties of olive soils and increases the manageabimproving the production.
