FIRMER, TIGHTER SKIN

Indicated in the treatment of localised fat and cellulite thanks to its ability to metabolise

stored fat and produce energy. Eliminates free fatty acids, facilitating their removal through

the lymphatic system. The results are clear: Visible reduction in volume in treated areas.

It provides excellent results in facial (neck, chin, eye bags) and body treatments (knees,

thighs, abdomen, arms, etc.), producing a gentle recontouring and reduction in volume

of face and body.

Facial and body liposculpture is a technique used to recontour the skin using mesotherapy. This facilitates the treatment of unsightly fat deposits in

parts of the body that do not respond to dieting. This method provides a gentle recontouring and reduction in volume of face and body, achieving

a more harmonious appearance.

Recommended for the treatment of:

- Abdomen

- Thighs, hips and buttocks

- Knees - Bags around the eyes

- Jowl and cheeks

Sold in boxes of 10 x 2 ml ampoules.

Contraindications and side effects:

Contraindications for FIRMZON are the same as for the majority of mesotherapy applications: Skin infections, herpes, skin cancer, psoriasis, autoimmune

diseases, anticoagulant treatments, during allergic episodes and pregnancy. Potential side effects are minimal and disappear quickly.

There are few side effects and in most cases these are minor and reversible.

o Allergies. FIRMZON's ingredients present no risk of allergic reaction. In the case of mesotherapy using procaine, there may be a slight allergic

reaction. Possible reactions are mostly skin rashes that disappear after 2 or 3 days. In the event of an allergic reaction of any kind, treatment

should be discontinued immediately.

o Depending on the sensitivity of the area to be treated, patients who are sensitive to pain may use a mild sedative and apply ice to the area.

o Itching, burning, swelling, redness, etc., may occur and can usually be treated using a conventional antihistamine cream.

o In spite of the precautions taken, some bruising may occur. This will normally disappear two or three days after treatment.t

BODY SCULPTING

Liposculture may be applied manually or using a variety of mesotherapy devices and techniques. DERMICA Laboratoires recommends the use of GoldPen

and E-cool or CryoStamp (cryoelectroporation) for patients who do not wish to use needle therapies.

Liposculpture can be applied in a variety of areas of the body of varying sizes, such as the abdomen, hips and thighs or smaller areas such as the knees

and buttocks. The method of application will depend essentially on the total size of the area to be treated. Firmzon may be used in combination with

other techniques such as Phophatildicoline (PPC) injections.

- For large areas (hips, abdomen, etc) more product is required. It is best to dilute the product to cover the entire treatment area. Dilution does not affect

the effectiveness of treatment. Although the effects may be slower, the reduction in volume will be uniform and regular. When treating large areas, it is

also preferable to proceed slowly in order to ensure that a rapid reduction in volume does not affect the elasticity of the skin. - For smaller areas (inner

thighs, the "banana" below the buttocks), it is best to use the product undiluted.

In all cases, the PPC injections must be administered using a point by point technique at hypodermic level (10-12 mm deep) directly into the fat tissue.

FIRMZON should be applied directly at intradermal level (4 mm).

It is advisable to start treatment aggressively, with two or three sessions in the first month alternating with massage and lymphatic drainage sessions, and

to review the results achieved with the patient. Depending on the results, the patient's wishes and the size of area still to be treated, the number and

frequency of sessions remaining can be decided together with the patient.

Manual method with multi-injector for PPC and Firmzon (recommended for large areas)

- Equipment:

o 3 ampoules of Firmzon

o 1 x 5 ml vial of PPC o 15 ml of isotonic solution

o 1 x 20 ml syringe

o 1 x 7-way multi-injector

o 7 x 30G x 1/2” needles (1.1 x 25 mm)

o 1 marker pen

o Antiseptic and gauze compresses.

- Procedure:

o Disinfect the area to be treated with gauze and antiseptic.

o With the patient standing, use the marker pen to draw adjacent circles covering the entire area to be treated. Overlap the circles as required in

the most affected areas.

o Place the patient in a sloping position.

o Draw up the entire contents of the vial of PPC into the 20 ml syringe using a 19G needle. Top up the syringe with 15 ml of isotonic solution.

o Prepare the multi-injector and attach a ½” 30G needle. o Inject 2 ml of PPC into each of the circles.

o Apply the FIRMZON using superficial injections at a depth of no more than 4 mm. o Remove any traces of marker pen using a gauze compress

soaked in antiseptic.

FACIAL LIPOSCULPTURE

Liposculputure may also be used on the face. Treatment may be applied using a GOLDPEN, E-COOL or CRYO STAMP. Clean and sterilise the skin with

antiseptic, then apply the product using the chosen device.

Facial liposculpture can be applied to various areas such as jowls or a double chin, cheeks, bags around the eyes, but always to small areas. In this case,

FIRMZON should be used undiluted.

If injections are being used, these should be applied at a maximum depth of 4 mm or at hypodermic level so the product penetrates directly into the fatty

tissue.

One session a week is recommended for the first month. Thereafter, treatments can be spaced out depending on the results obtained and the patient's

wishes. However, it is worth remembering that although the effects are long-lasting, they will diminish over time and, as such, monthly maintenance

sessions are advisable.

LIPOSCULPTURE OF BAGS AROUND THE EYES, JOWLS AND CHEEKS.

Techniques:

Apply using one of the following apparatus: GoldPen, Derma Roller, AutoMeso or Nanocool.

Equipment:

o FIRMZON (quantity depending on the area to be treated)

o Sterile gloves

o Anaesthetic cream (not necessary for treatments with Nanocool)

o Antiseptic solution and gauze compresses

o Cleansing solution

Bags around the eyes Jowls Cheeks

1 x 0,2 ml FIRMZON for each side 2 amp. FIRMZON 1 amp. FIRMZON for each side

GoldPen.

o Clean the patient's face.

o Apply anaesthetic cream in order to avoid patient discomfort. Remove after 15 minutes.

o Disinfect the area with a gauze compress soaked in antiseptic.

o The patient should remain lying down.

o Draw up the quantity of Firmzon to be used into a syringe using a 19G x 1” needle.

o Apply the solution as required to the surface of the skin with the help of a syringe and spread across the area using a gloved finger.

o Start applying the chosen device, covering the entire area to be treated following the instructions in each case.

E-cool or Cryo Stamp Method of application:

o Clean the patient's face.

o Apply conductive paste to the gel pad. Affix the gel pad in the correct position to avoid skin irritation.

o Apply FIRMZON to the areas of the face or body to be treated.

o Press the Start button.

o Select the desired power level.

o Activate the Cryo function.

o Treat the area desired, following the marked areas.
