Pro-MembershipThe platform allows for the comprehensive management of member demographics and related activitiessuch as roles performed within the Movement as well as communication, documents, card issuing, relatednotes and full financial transactional history etc.The platform allows for the comprehensive management of company demographics, reconciliations,company payment history, applicable member lists and related activities such as notes, documents(statutory and other) and communication history.

Pro-MembershipOur system can provide the option of online member or company registration. In this case members orcompanies can apply online and provide necessary supporting documentation including payment in a singleprocess.Applications received by the platform are placed within a verification Waiting Room, which allowsadministrators the opportunity to verify the applications and documentation prior to registering theapplicant within the system. Verification can also include company registration validation against the CIPC(Companies Office) database etc.Optional ongoing company registration validation against the CIPC database can be provided to highlight‘active’ versus ‘deregistered’ companies and other validations can be implemented such as verifying VATregistration against the SARS VAT Vendor database etc.

Pro-FinanceEffective revenue management can enable the Movement to achieve itsrevenue goals earlier and also increase its delivery to the needs of itsmembers.The Pro-Finance module efficiently collects revenue using its varioustransactional channels. These channels provide flexible access formembers to support the Movement.Members are given a unique debtors account, capable of storingmultiple ledgers for each type of contribution and/ or product.

Effective and efficient revenue collection methodsUsing the power of Pro-Switch, the Movement can access the followingpayment channels:

Debit Order CollectionsAEDO (Authenticated Early Debit Orders);NAEDO (Non-Authenticated Early Debit Orders); andAutomatic CDV (Check Digit Verification) pre-validates bank accountsto determine if account numbers are consistent with bank and branchvalidations. This facilitates the accurate capturing of data prior tosubmitting transactions, reducing returned or rejected transactionsand associated costs.

The Pro-Client system enables the delivery of excellent service and ensures transparency andaccountability throughout the service delivery lifecycle.All Movement instructions, queries and requests are logged ‘live’ on the Pro-Client system, whichare then issued as tasks to relevant personnel, based on the type of query received, forcompletion.All tasks are monitored, tracked and reported upon until completion, ensuring the quick resolutionthereof. SLA’s can be incorporated into Pro-Client to ensure that tasks are completed withinallotted times.Relevant supporting documentation can also be included in issued tasksto ensure that matters can be dealt with swiftly.Pro-Client can also be used between the Movement and Propay tomeasure performance and delivery.

The power of Pro-Service Net, is in it's ability to direct all member queries to the relevantMovement structures, allowing excellent member support and care, which ultimately leadsto better member retention.Pro-Service Net incorporates workflow and manages all member queries in a task and eventformat which delivers these tasks to accountable individuals within the Movement. who arethen able to fulfill member needs.Guarantees increased effectiveness, better productivity and higher levels of memberretention.Events can also be developed to allocate counselling queries to suitably qualified individualswho can then be prompted to follow Movement approved processes and procedures indealing with needs.

Pro-Operations was specifically created to fulfill a decentralised strategy which provides enhancedfunctionality to regional structures including operational staff in the field, such as Industry Heads,Organisers and Representatives/ Shop Stewards who interact on a daily basis.Pro-Operations facilitates a higher level of service and support to both the Movement and itsmembers.Real time reporting relating to the performance of the various structure participants, memberproblem identification, queries and valuable trends can be realised and acted upon, therebyimproving the overall productivity of the Movement and the level of care provided to members.

Pro-Sure

The Pro-Sure module is designed to manage insurance products offered to memberswithin the Propay system.The system, which caters for multiple product and associated cover types, automaticallycalculates insurance premiums based on the member’s identified requirements and hasthe option of emailing the applicable quotations.The module provides a turnkey solution wherein policies can be automatically generatedfrom approved quotations.Insurance premiums are automatically collected from members according to productprovider collection rules.In addition to providing comprehensive reporting on collections and rejections, the systemalso reports on new members and terminating members etc.

Pro-KioskPro-Kiosk was an additional component introduced to fulfillthe decentralised strategy.The Pro-Kiosk implementation typically involves theinstallation of Kiosks at locations where members are ableto communicate with the Movement such as in branchstructures and event large employer groups.Members are able to access information, membershipinformation, legal cases, training events, financialstatements, log queries etc.
